多举措全力提升幼儿园保教质量

【摘    要】幼儿正处于成长发育阶段，他们的年龄较小，对于身边的事物抱有好奇和求知的心理，因此教师应该抓住这一特性，全面促进幼儿德、智、体、美、劳等方面的发展和成长。只有不断完善幼儿园的教育管理体制，才能促进幼儿在学习中健康快乐地成长。所以教师应该以身作则，在日常生活中规范自己的行为和举止，提升自身的文化素养。幼儿园的相关管理人员也应该树立相应的管理目标和理念，严格遵守相关规章制度，以此提升保教质量，为后续的教育工作打下坚实的基础。

【Abstract】Children are in the stage of growth and development. Because of their younger age， they have curiosity and curiosity about things around them. Therefore， teachers should grasp their own characteristics and promote their own development and growth in morality， intelligence， body， art and labor. Only by constantly improving the education management system of kindergarten can children grow healthily and happily in their study. Therefore， teachers should set an example， regulate their behavior and behavior in daily life and improve their cultural literacy. The relevant management personnel of kindergarten should also establish corresponding management objectives and concepts， strictly abide by relevant rules and regulations， so as to improve the quality of childcare education and lay a solid foundation for the follow-up education.

保教質量是幼儿园自身实现可持续发展的基础。《幼儿园工作规程》指出：“幼儿园的任务是实行保育和教育相结合的原则，针对幼儿开展和实施德、智、体、美、劳等全方位的教育，以此促进其身心的健康发展。”因此幼儿园首先应该制定相应的保教制度和规章政策，相关教师和工作人员应该严格按照颁发的制度和政策执行相应的工作。其次应该以提高保教质量为基础，组织相关工作人员和教师学习先进的理论知识和专业技能，不断提升自身的专业素养和综合能力，在此过程中找寻保教工作中存在的问题和不足，以便及时改正。

一、多方面提升教师的业务能力

首先在开展和实施保教工作的同时，幼儿园应该通过寻找多种渠道的培训方法，鼓励和支持教师提升学历，积极转变自身固有的传统思想观念，不断学习先进的理论知识和政策，以此提升自身文化素养和专业技能。……
