OBE理念下思政元素在园林专业英语双语教学中的设计应用

摘要 探讨了OBE（Outcome Based Education）教学理念下，将思政元素融入双语课程园林专业英语中。通过对教学大纲的修订、自己编写教材、改革考核方式等手段来体现OBE教学理念。在教学中，采用举例、比较、论证等教学方法把思政内容贯穿其中，用爱国的、辩证的、科学的观点讲解所学的内容，在教学中弘扬中国传统文化，坚定民族自信，真正达到育人细无声的思政教学效果。

Abstract This paper discusses the integration of ideological and political elements into Bilingual Teaching of Landscape English under the concept of OBE teaching. The OBE teaching concept is embodied by means of revising the syllabus， compiling teaching materials and reforming the examination methods. In teaching， examples， comparison， demonstration and other teaching methods are used to run through the ideolo-gical and political elements， explain the contents learned from a patriotic， dialectical and scientific point of view， carry forward Chinese traditional culture in teaching， strengthen national self-confidence， and truly achieve the silent ideological， political and educational effect of educating people.

OBE是指以成果产出为导向的教育，该教学理念最早由美国学者Spady于1981年提出，后逐渐发展成为较完整的理论体系，在美国、英国、加拿大等国家成为教育改革的主流理念[1]，与同期流行于澳大利亚的CBT（Competency Based Training，以能力为基础的培训）的教育模式一样[2]，均强调学生们的实际掌握及应用能力。2013年，我国加入《华盛顿协议》成为预备成员，标志着我国的工程教育认证具有了全球性质，同时OBE所确定的教学理念也逐渐被我国高等教育所接受，成为学科教学体系改革的风向标[3]。……
