汽车运用与维修专业“1+X”课证融通实践研究

摘 要：2019年《国家职业教育改革实施方案》提出实施“1+X”证书制度，其中汽车运用与维修专业是首批参加试点的五个专业之一，为了提高汽车运用与维修专业“X”证书考证参与率、通过率和培养更多复合型技术技能人才，需要从专业人才培养方案、课程标准、师资能力、实训教学场地和考核评价模式等方面融入“X”证书内容、标准、方法和手段，做到课证融通，保证教学与考证目标的一致性。

Practice Research on “1+X” Course Certificate Integration of Automobile Operation and Maintenance Specialty

Abstract：In 2019， the “National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan” proposes to implement the “1+X” certificate system， of which the automobile operation and maintenance profession is one of the first five majors to participate in the pilot. To improve the automobile operation and maintenance professional “X” certificate participation rate， pass rate， and training of more compound technical and technical talents needs to integrate the content， standards， and methods of the “X” certificate from the aspects of professional talent training programs， curriculum standards， teacher abilities， training teaching venues， and assessment and evaluation models to achieve the integration of course certificates， and to ensure the consistency of teaching and textual research objectives.

2019年汽车运用与维修专业被教育部确定为首批“1+X”证书制度的试点专业之一，我校也是从2019年被海南省教育厅确定为实施汽车运用与维修专业“1+X”证书制度试点的两所中职学校之一，從2019年至今已经实施了4批次的“X”证书考评，考评的“X”证书有“汽车动力与驱动系统综合分析技术”、“汽车转向悬架与制动安全系统技术”、“汽车电子电气与空调舒适系统技术”、“汽车车身漆面养护与涂装喷漆技术”和“汽车车身钣金修与车架调校技术”5个初级证书，共有504人次参加了“X”证书试考评，平均通过率为96.7%。无论从考取证书的数量，考证的人数还是通过率都取得了不错的成绩，但也存在明显的问题，主要有：一是汽车领域“X”证书很多，如果每个学生在校期间只考取其中的1个证书，可能对学生综合职业能力提高不明显。二是挑选优秀的学生参加考证培训，不仅对班级平时教学造成冲击，而且学生考证参与率低，公平性差。三是占用大量的时间进行考前强化培训，挤占了学校非常多的实训教学资源。……
