地方高职院校定向培养士官专业师资队伍建设

摘 要：士官是军队中的主要组成力量，也是士兵中优秀的技术人才，习主席在党的十八大后首次提出强军梦，期望能把我国全军建成世界一流军队。随着国际关系日趋复杂和国家安全的需求，培养高素质、高技能型士官队伍十分重要，也促进我国军队现代化建设进程。在地方高职院校定向培养士官生中，师资队伍的建设十分重要，专业教师的理论水平和实践技能将直接影响学员的培养水平，本文对我校汽车检测与维修技术专业（装甲车方向）师资队伍建设展开探讨。

The Construction of the Professional Teaching Staff of Non-commissioned Officers in the Orientation Training of Local Vocational College

Abstract：Non-commissioned officers are the main component of the army， as well as outstanding technical personnel among the soldiers. Chairman Xi first proposed the dream of a strong army after the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China， hoping to build the entire army of our country into a world-class army. With the increasing complexity of international relations and the needs of national security， it is very important to train a contingent of high-quality and highly skilled non-commissioned officers， and to promote the modernization of our military. In the oriented training of noncommissioned officers in local higher vocational colleges， the construction of the faculty is very important. The theoretical level and practical skills of professional teachers will directly affect the training level of students.

地方高職院校定向培养士官专业担负着为部队培养能打胜仗的高素质士官人才重任，专业教师作为士官学院培养的主体，对定向培养士官人才培养质量起着关键作用[1]。在这种背景下，我校于2014年被批准成为首批地方高职院校定向培养士官单位，至今我校汽车检测与维修技术专业（装甲车方向）已为部队连续培养5届士官毕业生，如何加强本士官专业师资队伍建设，对为部队培养高技能型士官人才具有十分重要的意义。

1 地方高职院校定向培养士官专业师资队伍建设现状

1.1 双师型教师缺乏

我校定向培养士官专业自招生以来，就十分注重“双师型”教师队伍健设，但目前校内士官专业双师型教师数量还是不够，这主要体现在士官专业大多涉及到专业保密，与军工企业签订的诸多校企合作项目尚未顺利开展，教师很难在极短的时间内获得专业技能实践培训，导致双师型教师的发展受到一定程度阻碍，这样导致士官专业教师在专业技能和教学水平上还存在较大的差距，想要达到专业的教学程度还需不断改进。……
