汽车涂装废水处理技术的研究进展

摘 要：各国经济都在科学技术快速发展的背景下取得发展，汽车行业如今已经被国家列为支柱产业之一，但是在汽车的涂装之中往往会产生很多的废水。通常情况下，这些工业废水中往往会含有高分子树脂表面活性剂，乳化油等危害性比较大的化学残留物。这些化学残留物如果没有得到及时处理，就会对环境造成很大的破坏。本文将对汽车涂装废水处理技术进行简要介绍。

Research Progress of Automobile Painting Wastewater Treatment Technology

Abstract：The economy of various countries has developed under the background of rapid development of science and technology. The automobile industry has now been listed as one of the pillar industries by the country， but a lot of wastewater is often produced in the coating of automobiles. Under normal circumstances， the industrial wastewater often contain high-molecular resin surfactants， emulsified oil and other hazardous chemical residues. If these chemical residues are not treated in time， they will cause great damage to the environment. This article will give a brief introduction to the treatment technology of automobile coating wastewater.

1 引言

在经济飞速发展的背景之下，汽车产业的发展已经能够拉动一个国家的产业发展，如今汽车产业已经作为有的国家支柱产业之一。但是我们要善于站在事务的对立面去思考问题。汽车在推动国家经济发展的同时也带来了一系列的环境问题，比如说汽车涂装工艺后产生的涂装废水。如今如何处理汽车涂装之后产生的废水中残余成分已经成为一项非常重要的研究课题。

2 汽车涂装工艺废水来源及特点

2.1 涂车废水工艺流程

汽车涂装工艺是每个汽车生产过程中必不可少的环节。汽车在最终生产后都是一块块裸露的钢板拼装而成的造型，对于生产完成之后的汽车进行涂装主要有两个目的，一是为了美化车的本身外观，二是为了防止钢材被腐蚀。汽车涂装工艺所经历的过程非常复杂，包括电泳涂装与打磨，色漆清漆涂刷，烘烤，点修，总装返修等。其工艺流程是从弱碱淋洗开始的，弱碱淋洗之……
