网络数据分析心理干预对重症监护室呼吸重症患者生活质量的影响

【摘要】    目的：探讨在重症监护室呼吸重症患者生活质量应用网络数据分析心理干预的影响。方法：选取重症监护病房的26例呼吸重症患者，根据患者诊断随机分成网络数据心理干预治疗的观察组13例，常规临床治疗的对照组13例，通过生存质量测定量表简表对比观察组和对照组患者生活质量。结果：两组呼吸重症患者治疗45日后，通过生存质量测定量表简表生存质量情况比较，观察组各项评分均低于对照组，心理干预优势显著，对比患者数据结果差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：在重症监护室呼吸重症患者治疗期间，实施网络数据分析心理干预治疗，能够提高患者生活质量，促进患者康复。

Network Data Analysis of the Impact of Psychological Intervention on the Quality of Life of Patients with Severe Respiratory Disease in intensive Care Unit

【 Abstract 】Objective： To investigate the effect of psychological intervention using network data analysis on quality of life of patients with severe respiratory diseases in intensive care unit. Methods： 26 cases of severe respiratory patients in ICU were selected and randomly divided into the observation group （13 cases） with network psychological intervention treatment and the control group （13 cases） with routine clinical treatment according to the diagnosis of patients. The quality of life of the observation group and the control group were compared by the quality of life measurement scale. Results： After the treatment of severe respiratory patients in the two groups， the comparison of quality of life in the quality of life measurement scale showed that the scores of the observation group were lower than that of the control group， with significant advantages in psychological intervention， and the difference between the patient data was statistically significant （P < 0.05）. Conclusion： During the treatment of severe respiratory patients in intensive care unit， the implementation of network data analysis psychological intervention treatment can improve the quality of life of patients and promote the recovery of patients.

引言：

進入信息时代后，数据已成为信息传递和发现逻辑的重要媒介，融入日常生活的方方面面，分享医疗网站的各种经验，在搜索疾病信息时推荐治疗建议。因此，对网络数据进行有效的分析可以全面优化人们的生活[1]。重症监护室 intensive care unit， ICU） 是医院救治危急重症患者的主要场所之一[2]。对于患者来说，ICU治疗是一个应激事件，生命随时可能处于危险之中，因此患者容易产生焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪，严重影响临床疗效和生活质量[3]。积极有效的心理干预能改变患者不良的心理状态，为缩短病程、减少并发症的发生、促进患者康复提供有利条件[4]。为解决心理干预对重症呼吸系统疾病ICU患者生活质量的影响，笔者进行了基于网络数据分析的临床对照研究，旨在为重症呼吸系统疾病ICU患者提供更好的治疗方法。……
