基于服务乡村振兴战略加快经济学学科建设的思考

摘  要：目前，我国经济学学科建设面临多重挑战。在未来三十年，中国高校经济学学科具有独特的人才优势、交叉优势、成果优势，充分利用这些优势服务乡村振兴战略，不仅可以创建新学科增长点、培育新专业，缓解经济学学科建设中深度不深、广度不广、高度不高问题，还有助于完善和提升中国特色的学科体系，全力促进我国经济学学科转型升级。

Abstract： At present， the discipline construction of economics in China is facing multiple challenges in the next three decades. The discipline of economics in Chinese universities has unique talent advantages， cross-advantages and achievements advantages. By making full use of these advantages to serve the rural revitalization strategy， we can not only create new disciplinary growth points and cultivate new majors， but also alleviate the problems of the lack of depth， breadth and height in the construction of economics discipline， and help to improve and enhance the discipline system with Chinese characteristics and fully promote the transformation and upgrading of economics discipline in China.

在中国共产党的领导下，我国高校的学科建设取得重大进展，为国家大战略的计划和实施贡献了人才、信息、知识和技术等宝贵资源，促进了社会经济的持续全面发展①。十九大报告中提出要使用“五级书记一起抓”的举国优势全面推进乡村振兴战略。为此，党中央设立了2020年基本形成制度框架和政策体系、2035年基本实现农业农村现代化、2050年乡村全面振兴三个时间节点，要求各级政府和社会各界全面推进乡村振兴战略。教育部先后推出《高等学校乡村振兴科技创新行动计划（2018-2022年）》等系列政策文件，推动高校深入服务乡村振兴战略实施。在党中央领导和教育部的推动下，中国高校和科研单位纷纷调整学科建设方向，在项目设立、人才评聘等方面进行了政策设计，并通过设立乡村振兴研究院、构建了乡村振兴科研平台、成立新文科和新农科交叉学科等方式组织落实乡村振兴战略。可以预见，高校学科建设将会为乡村振兴战略做出更大的贡献。……
