研究血透机的日常管理与维护保养策略

摘 要：在肾脏替代治疗中，血液透析是必不可少的方式，也是治疗慢性肾功能衰竭等肾脏疾病的重要手段。血液透析时，利用血液透析对流、超滤、弥散的原理，将血液中过多的水分和有害成分去除，达到纠正电解质紊乱和维持酸碱平衡的目的。影响血液透析机工作环境的因素很多，在机器运行过程中一旦发生故障，就会影响患者治疗的过程。所以，保证血液透析机的日常管理和维护保养非常重要，良好质量的血液透析机才能确保患者整个治疗过程的安全性。而作为日常管理和维护保养血液透析的临床工程師的作用不言而喻。他们是血液透析机运行的重要工作人员，必须加强对血液透析机的日常管理和维护保养，保证机器良好的运行，才能最终保证患者的治疗质量。对此该文对血液透析机的日常管理与维护保养策略进行了研究分析。

Abstract： In renal replacement therapy， hemodialysis is an essential way， and also an important means to treat chronic renal failure and other renal diseases. During hemodialysis， the principle of hemodialysis convection， ultrafiltration and dispersion is used to remove excessive water and harmful components in the blood， so as to correct electrolyte disorder and maintain acid-base balance. Many factors can affect the working environment of hemodialysis machine， once the machine fails during operation， it will affect the process of patient treatment. Therefore， it is very important to ensure the daily management and maintenance of hemodialysis machine. A good quality hemodialysis machine can ensure the safety of the whole treatment process. The role of clinical engineers in daily management and maintenance of hemodialysis is self-evident. They are important staff in the operation of hemodialysis machine. They must strengthen the daily management and maintenance of hemodialysis machine to ensure the good operation of the machine， so as to finally ensure the treatment quality of patients. In this paper， the daily management and maintenance strategy of hemodialysis machine are studied and analyzed.

作为血液透析治疗时必备的设备，血液透析机属于第三类高危设备，它的组成包括三大系统：电路、水路和血液系统。据临床不完全统计显示[1]，血液透析机设备故障出现的频率较高，极易导致不良事件发生，不仅不能起到治疗作用，还会损害患者的身体健康。血液透析的临床效果经常会因血液透析机的故障造成不良影响，这也会减少血液透析的安全性。因此，在分析、评估和控制血液透析机的安全风险方面，血液透析临床工程师发挥着举足轻重的作用，应当经过有效的日常维护和管理，以确保血液透析机的良好运转。……
