SBW(S)-GD-50KVA交流稳压器的使用与维护

摘  要：SBW（S）-GD-50 kVA三相微机控制（数字式）稳压器是一款专为广电系统稳定电压而设计的交流稳压器。结合我国供电现状，专为稳定三相380V交流电压而研制的节能型设备。该稳压器符合我站微波传输设备运行需要。该文主要介绍了大连大和尚山微波站所使用稳压器的主要技术指标、工作原理、主要部件与电路、稳压器的使用、故障排除与设备维护等方面。

Application and Maintenance of SBW（S）-GD-50 KVA AC Voltage Regulator

Abstract： SBW（S）-GD-50 kVA three-phase microcomputer controlled （digital） voltage regulator is an AC voltage regulator specially designed for stabilizing voltage in radio and television system. Combined with the current situation of power supply in China， it is an energy-saving equipment specially developed for stabilizing three-phase 380V AC voltage. The voltage regulator meets the operation needs of microwave transmission equipment in our station. This paper mainly introduces the main technical indexes， working principle， main components and circuits， use， troubleshooting and equipment maintenance of the voltage regulator used in our station.

大连大和尚山微波站所使用的SBW（S）-GD-50KVA三相微机控制（数字式）稳压器，是一种专门用于广电系统中稳定输入电压的稳压器，当市区内電压的波动或者负载在发生变动的情况下，能够结合实际情况通过自动调整来确保输出电压的稳定性。SBW稳压器能够很好地克服传统稳压器的各种不足和弊端，例如采用SBW稳压器能够较好地克服和解决容量小、损耗大、波形失真等各方面的缺陷和问题，以确保对该站微波传输设备进行安全的供电。

1主要技术指标

（1）稳压范围：输入电压为304～456 V;（Ⅲ型：285～475V）;

（2）稳压精度：输出电压为380 V±（1～5）%可调;

（3）波形畸变：<0.1%;

（4）效率：≥99%;

（5）响应速度>25 V/s，应变时间<0.15 s;

（6）输出电压与输入电压同相位;

（7）可用于任何负载（阻性、容性、感性）;

（8）可长期连续使用;

（9）电压调节平稳;

（10）手动、自动控制方式;

（11）有过压、短路及机械传动机构故障保护功能;

（12）按用户要求可增设相序、缺相保护及自复、避雷、报警装置。
