水电站机电设备的安装和管理

摘  要：水电站是个系统化工程，机电设备安装为重要流程与环节，是项目管理的核心与重点。现针对水电站机电设备的安装和管理问题，该文采取实例分析的方法，展开具体的论述，提出强化安装与管理质控的策略，共享给相关人员参考借鉴。首先，概述了水电站机电设备的特点;其次，结合实例分析水电站机电设备的安装与管理做法;最后，提出优化安装与管理的策略。

About the Installation and Management of Electromechanical Equipment in Hydropower Stations

Abstract： Hydropower station is a systematic project， and the installation of mechanical and electrical equipment is an important process and link， which is the core and focus of project management. Aiming at the installation and management of electromechanical equipment in hydropower stations， we take the method of case analysis， launch specific discussions， and propose strategies to strengthen the quality control of installation and management， and share them with relevant personnel for reference. First， the characteristics of electromechanical equipment in hydropower stations are summarized. Secondly， it analyzes the installation and management practices of electromechanical equipment of hydropower stations with examples. Finally， a strategy for optimizing installation and management is proposed.

近年來，水电站的智能化与信息化水平不断提高，配置了很多先进性很强的机电设备，为系统安全稳定运行提供支持。从机电设备的安装与运行角度分析，站在整体的角度思考与看待问题，积极探索科学合理的安装与管理办法，全面提高工程施工的水平，创造更多的管理效益。

1 水电站机电设备的特点

从现有的水电站设施分析，机电设备为主要组成部分，占据着重要地位。机电设备的特点可以归纳为几点：智能化、大型化、精益化等。随着水电站建设水平不断提高，水电站机电设备的智能化与自动化得到增强，配置了很多新型设备，且设备的组成复杂度更高，给安装与管理工作的开展带来挑战。为保障水电站安全稳定运行，积极创新水电站机电设备安装管理的方法，引入新理念和新方法，提高安装与管理的水平，创造更多的效益与价值，达到水电站建设的标准与要求，具有现实意义。……
