“1+X证书”与Web前端人才培养体系融合的探索

摘  要：近年来移动互联网得到了快速发展，Web前端开发人才随之也得到很好的发展机遇，如何让高职院校的学生在Web前端开发领域满足市场岗位能力需求，在岗位竞争中占得先机，该文结合当前高等职业教育发展状态，提出了基于能力本位的Web前端人才培养体系。抓住高职“双高校”建设和“1+X证书制度”试点院校的契机，围绕互联网+、新一代信息技术创新教育理念，优化课程体系，以就业为导向，以Web前端岗位职业能力和职业素质为核心，培养能够胜任Web前端岗位的技术技能型人才。

Exploration on the Integration of "1+X" and Web Front-end Talent Training System in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract： In recent years， the mobile Internet has developed rapidly， and the web front-end development talents have a good development opportunity. How to make the students of higher vocational colleges meet the market post ability demand in the field of Web front-end development and take the lead in the post competition. Combined with the current development state of higher vocational education， this paper puts forward a web front-end talent training system based on ability standard. We should seize the opportunity of the construction of "double colleges" and the "1+X certificate system" pilot institutions， and focus on the Internet plus， the new generation of information technology innovation education concept， optimize the curriculum system， take employment as the guidance， and take Web front-end positions occupation ability and occupation quality as the core， and cultivate skilled talents skilled in Web front-end positions.

隨着移动互联网的快速发展，尤其是“互联网+”概念的提出，在线教育、在线医疗、智慧交通、智慧农业、互联网金融等，让互联网与传统行业跨界融合，创造出新的发展生态[1]。Web前端开发是伴随Web兴起而细分的行业，前端开发人才需求缺口也呈现井喷式增长。企业给出的薪酬不仅高于其他岗位，而且薪酬增长也最快，人才争夺异常激烈[2]。

在此背景下，高职院校的Web前端人才培养模式也在不断地改革创新，优化课程体系，深化教学内容改革，以培养基于能力本位的Web前端人才为主要目标，使其满足Web前端岗位能力和素质需求[3-4]。

1  Web前端人才现状分析

国内某招聘平台数据显示，2019年Web前端相关岗位全年共招聘141 856人，平均每月招聘人数约为11 821人，其中10月份企业招聘需求最多，高达15 397人。Web前端每月有数以万计的岗位招聘需求，奠定了Web前端火热的基础。……
