国土空间规划时代城乡规划专业地理学系列课程教改研究

摘  要：国土空间规划时代城乡规划专业亟需吸收地理学等其他相关学科的理论知识与技术方法，这既是新发展理念的要求，也是新发展阶段的需要。该文分析了城乡规划专业应对国土空间规划改革中人才培养存在的主要问题，并从人才培养目标探索、地理系列课程建立、教学内容改革、教学方式创新和教学评价细化等方面提出教改思路，以期更好地服务新时代人才培养和国家重大战略需求。

Study on the Educational Reform of Geography Curriculum of Urban Rural Planning Major in the Era of National Land Use and Spatial Plan

Abstract： The urban rural planning major should absorb the theoretical knowledge and technical methods from geography and other related disciplines in the Era of national land use and spatial plan. This is not only the requirement of the new development concept， but also the need of the new stage of development. This paper analyzed the main talent cultivation questions of urban rural major toward to national land use and spatial plan. In order to better serve talent cultivation in the new era and the major strategic needs of the country， the educational reform ideas are put forward from the exploration of talent cultivation objectives， the establishment of geography series courses， the reform of teaching content， the innovation of teaching methods and the refinement of teaching evaluation.

党的十八大以来，为进一步贯彻落实生态文明建设理念及推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化建设的要求，中国的规划体系进行了“多规合一”的探索，试图将国民经济与社会发展规划、城乡规划、土地利用规划等规划科学地融合到一个规划当中。经过多年的实践，尤其是近年我国城乡与区域进入高质量发展阶段，2019年5月，《中共中央、国务院国务院关于建立国土空间规划体系并监督实施的若干意见》出台，正式确立了国土空间规划作为新时期中国国土空间开发、保护、利用和治理的基本依据，并要求教育部门加强国土空间规划相关学科建设的研究[1]。虽然行业和学界一致认为城乡规划专业的政策性、综合性、实践性和跨学科等特征仍将在国土空间规划中发挥主导和组织作用，但由于国土空间规划的更具系统性、综合性和复杂性的特点，决定了城乡规划专业不能解决国土空间规划的所有问题[2]。……
