产后上门访视服务在产褥期妇女保健中的作用研究

【摘 要】目的：探讨在产褥期妇女保健服务中开展产后上门访视服务的临床价值。方法：选取2020年6月至2021年6月期间我院接收的80例产褥期产妇，采用双色球分组法将其平均分成两组，对照组产妇采取常规产后护理；研究组产妇在对照组基础上采取产后上门访视服务。对比两组产妇健康信念评分、并发症发生率以及护理满意度。结果：研究组产妇产褥期健康信念评分较对照组产妇显著提升（P<0.05）；研究组产妇在产褥期并发症发生率较对照组显著降低（P<0.05）；研究组产妇对护理人员工作满意度较对照组产妇明显提高（P<0.05）。结论：对产褥期产妇开展产后上门访视服务有助于提高产妇的健康信念，减少并发症，建议推广应用。

Study on the role of postpartum home visit service in women’s health care during the puerperium

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the clinical value of carrying out postpartum home visits in health care services for women in the puerperium. Methods： We selected 80 puerperium women admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 and divided them into two groups by double color ball grouping method. The control group took routine postpartum nursing； The study group adopted postpartum home visit service on the basis of the control group.The maternal health belief score， complication rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results： The puerperal health belief score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P<0.05）； The puerperal complication rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P<0.05）； The maternal satisfaction with nursing staff of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion： Carrying out postpartum home visit services for puerperium women can help improve women’s health beliefs and reduce complications. It is recommended to promote and apply.

产褥期指的就是产妇分娩后身体各器官以及心理恢复的关键时期，大多数产妇对分娩与新生儿各种表现缺乏认知，很容易产生恐慌、紧张、焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪，产褥期的护理极为重要，需要对产妇实施科学的护理确保产妇能够顺利度过产褥期[1]。为了能够让产妇出院后仍然得到优质的护理，通过上门访视能够更好地了解产妇产后的生理健康与心理状态，指导产妇如何做好自身的保养以及新生儿的护理，已取得了良好的成效[2]。本次研究主要探讨在产褥期妇女保健服务中开展产后上门访视服务的临床价值，做如下汇报。
