伊血安颗粒对剖宫产产妇止血疗效及乳汁分泌的临床观察

【摘 要】目的：分析伊血安颗粒对剖宫产产妇术后止血的临床疗效及乳汁分泌的影响。方法：收集本院2017年5月至2019年5月接受剖宫产手术的单胎产妇380例。随机分为观察组（伊血安颗粒）与对照组（五加生化胶囊）各190例，对比两组产妇术后止血临床疗效、用药前后血清PRL含量、初次泌乳时间以及婴儿不良事件发生情况。结果：将两组情况进行统计，观察组止血临床总有效率（96.84%）显著高于对照组（82.11%）（P<0.05）；两组术前/术后血清PRL含量及初次泌乳时间的差异对比均无统计学意义（P>0.05）；两组婴儿不良事件发生情况比较无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：伊血安颗粒可减少剖宫产产妇术后出血，对产妇PRL分泌和泌乳时间均无影响，对母婴无不良影响。

Clinical observation on hemostatic effect and milk secretion of yixuean granule in cesarean section women

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the effect of yixuean Granule on hemostasis and milk secretion after cesarean section. Methods： 380 singleton parturients who underwent cesarean section in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were collected. Randomly divided into observation group （yixuean granule） and control group （Wujia biochemical capsule）， 190 cases in each group. The clinical efficacy of postoperative hemostasis， serum PRL content before and after medication， initial lactation time and adverse events of infants were compared between the two groups. Results：According to the statistics of the two groups， the total effective rate of hemostasis in the observation group（96.84%） was significantly higher than that in the control group （82.11%）（P<0.05）； There was no significant difference in serum PRL content and initial lactation time between the two groups（P>0.05）； There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the two groups（P>0.05）. Conclusion：Yixuean granule can reduce postoperative bleeding of parturients undergoing cesarean section， has no effect on PRL secretion and lactation time， and has no adverse effect on mothers and infants.

剖宮产在处理难产、妊娠合并症和并发症、降低母婴死亡率和病发率中起了重要作用[1-2]。同时，我国剖宫产率却远高于世界各国，术后并发症也成为了不可避免的问题，其中晚期产后出血亦是需要临床妇产科医生重视对待的问题。近年来，伊血安颗粒作为产后常用的中成药，可促进子宫复旧、减少出血，缓解产后疼痛[3]。本文在观察其止血临床疗效的同时，对用药后乳汁分泌相关指标变化及婴儿不良事件情况进行分析，现将具体内容报告如下。

1.1 一般资料

收集2017年5月至2019年5月住院接受剖宫产手术的单胎产妇380例。产妇年龄23岁～34岁，平均年龄（27.49±4.39）岁，胎龄37周～41周，平均（39.67±1.39）周。将产妇随机分为观察组（伊血安颗粒）与对照组（五加生化胶囊）各190例。……
