儿科护理安全隐患相关因素分析及防范对策

【摘 要】目的：剖析儿科护理安全隐患因素，讨论研究相应预防对策。方法：选择本院2019年1月至2020年1月医治的90例患者作为剖析目标，分成对照组和观察组，每一组患者45例。给予对照组患者传统护理干预方式，给予观察组综合性护理管理干预方式。剖析患者护理期内安全隐患因素，比较两组患者的护理效果（P<0.05）。结果：此次剖析讨论表明，观察组患者护理意外发生率显著低于对照组患者。结论：儿科护理工作期内造成的安全隐患因素较多，要提高对安全隐患的重视，从而采用合理的预防对策加以控制。

Analysis of related factors of pediatric nursing safety hazards and preventive measures

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the safety risks of pediatric nursing and discuss the corresponding preventive countermeasures.Methods： The 90 patients treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the analysis targets and divided into control and observation groups， with 45 patients in each group.Traditional nursing intervention was performed to control group and comprehensive nursing management intervention to observation group.Analysis the safety factors during the nursing period and comparing the nursing effect of the two groups of patients.Results： This analysis showed that the incidence of nursing accident in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion： Many safety risks caused during pediatric nursing period should raise the attention of safety risks and control them with reasonable preventive countermeasures.

醫院儿科的患者因为年纪较小，哭闹等问题是医治期内患者常出现的情绪，父母也因此造成忧虑的心态，非常容易造成护患纠纷案件。在儿科护理中，危害安全隐患的因素较多。文中剖析儿科护理安全隐患因素，汇总并讨论研究预防对策。实际汇报内容如下所示。

1.1 一般资料

选择医院2019年1月至2020年1月医治的90例患者作为剖析目标，分成对照组和观察组，每一组患者45例。对照组，男性24例，女性21例，年龄3个月～4岁，平均年龄（1.7±1.4）岁；观察组，男性30例，女性15例，年龄4个月～5岁，平均年龄（1.2±1.3）岁。剖析比较两组患者基本信息，差别无统计学意义，存有对比性（P>0.05）。

1.2 护理方法

在护理期内，针对两组患者均找寻相对应的安全隐患因素，主要是护理人员理论基础较弱、患者家中因素、护患沟通因素、器械运用不合理因素、药品运用不合理因素等，并做好记录。……
