经乳晕切口手术治疗乳腺纤维瘤的临床效果研究

【摘 要】目的：研究分析对于临床患有乳腺纤维瘤患者在治疗过程中行乳晕切口手术的重要性。方法：78例患者样本纳入时间由2020年10月至2021年9月结束，随机均分为39例常规治疗对照组与39例乳晕切口手术治疗观察组，对照分析两组治疗后各项临床指标变化情况、美观程度、并发症发生情况。结果：治疗后对照组术中出血量、切口程度、乳晕边缘切口瘢痕大小以及手术时间与观察组相比显著偏高，切口和病灶远端距离与观察组相比显著偏低（P<0.05）。观察组手术瘢痕可接受程度、双侧乳房基本对称以及乳晕感觉正常显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组术后总并发症发生率显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：对于临床患有乳腺纤维瘤患者在治疗过程中行乳晕切口手术意义重大，可增强术后美观度，缩短患者治疗时间，确保患者治疗安全性，促使患者病情早日康复。

Clinical effect of surgical treatment of breast fibroma through areola incision

【Abstract】Objective： To study and analyze the importance of areola incision in the treatment of patients with breast fibroma. Methods： 78 patients were included from October 2020 to September 2021. They were randomly divided into 39 routine treatment control group and 39 areola incision operation observation group. The changes of clinical indexes， aesthetic degree and complications of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results：Compared with the observation group， the amount of intraoperative bleeding， the degree of incision， the size of incision scar at the edge of areola and the operation time in the control group after treatment were significantly higher， and the distance between the incision and the distal end of the focus was significantly lower（P<0.05）. The acceptable degree of surgical scar， basic symmetry of bilateral breasts and normal areola sensation in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P<0.05）. The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion：It is of great significance for clinical patients with breast fibroma to operate with areola incision in the treatment process，which can enhance the postoperative beauty， shorten the treatment time， ensure the treatment safety and promote the early recovery of patients.

在女性群體中，乳腺纤维瘤发病率较高，且主要集中于青年群体中。该疾病的发生和自身机体激素水平异常之间存在密切联系，目前针对该疾病患者主要采用手术治疗[1]。以往传统手术方案对患者造成创伤较大，同时术后存在明显瘢痕，美观度欠佳，大部分女性患者接受度低。而随着国内医疗技术水平的不断提升，为了提升整体美容效果，临床决定推行经乳晕切口手术进行治疗，其疗效显著，备受青睐[2-3]。鉴于此，本研究挑选78例患者样本纳入时间由2020年10月至2021年9月结束，分析对于临床患有乳腺纤维瘤患者在治疗过程中以乳晕切口手术为主重要性，内容如下。……
