PCR检查法与细菌培养法在阴道细菌检查中的临床检验效果分析

【摘 要】目的：分析PCR检查法与细菌培养法在阴道细菌检查中的临床检验效果。方法：选取我院妇科门诊2019年8月至2021年3月收治的阴道细菌检查患者共计180例作为本次研究观察的对象。分别使用PCR检查法与细菌培养法进行检查，比较患者的结果检验。结果：PCR检查法的阳性检出率明显高于细菌培养法，组间差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：PCR检查法对患者进行阴道细菌检查的阳性检出率明显高于细菌培养法，PCR检查法在阴道细菌检验中更具优势值得推广。

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the clinical test effect of PCR examination and bacterial culture method in vaginal bacterial examination. Methods： A total of 180 patients with vaginal bacterial examination in the gynecological clinic of our hospital from August 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the subjects of this study.PCR examination and bacterial culture method were used to compare the results of patients.Results： The positive detection rate of PCR test was significantly higher than that of bacterial culture method， with the statistical difference（P<0.05）. Conclusion： The positive detection rate of vaginal bacterial by PCR test is significantly higher than that by bacterial culture method.PCR has more advantages in vaginal bacteria test and is worth popularizing.

陰道炎是当前临床中常见的一种妇科疾病，按照不同的种类分，可以直接分为真菌性阴道炎、滴虫性阴道炎、细菌性阴道炎等。阴道炎主要的表现形式为外因瘙痒，同时还伴随着气味浓厚的分泌物，有些患者还有尿痛、尿频等症状，给患者带来严重的影响。此外，在研究的过程中，由于外界的细菌不断对阴道组织进行侵入，同时患者自身出现的抵抗力逐渐降低，在这种局面下，进一步强化了多重比较严重的妇科病并使之逐渐爆发出来。正常情况下，女性的阴道口可以有效受到外阴唇与小阴唇的保护，而阴道的内部环境主要呈碱性，进而导致很多细菌不能在阴道的内部环境下有效生存，在这种条件下，如果患者出现了内分泌失调以及自身的抵抗力逐渐下降的情况下，容易引发患者产生阴道炎，这实际容易对患者的生活质量产生较大的不利影响。……
