腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术围术期全程优质护理的有效性研究

【摘 要】目的：研究腹腔鏡子宫肌瘤剔除术（以下简称“LM”）围术期采取全程优质护理的效果。方法：于2018年1月至2019年12月时间段中共选取27例LM围术期患者，随机分组，其中对照组13例实施常规护理，观察组14例实施全程优质护理，将两组患者手术指标、生活质量、护理满意度等进行对比。结果：观察组手术时间短于对照组，手术出血量少于对照组，护理满意度评分高于对照组，生活质量评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：于LM围术期为患者提供全程优质护理不仅能够促进手术安全快速完成，且对手术效果也有一定促进作用，有助于改善患者生活质量。

Study on the effectiveness of high-quality nursing care during the perioperative period of laparoscopic myomectomy

【Abstract】Objective： To study the effect of high-quality care during the perioperative period of Laparoscopic myomectomy （hereinafter referred to as "LM"）. Methods： From January 2018 to December 2019， a total of 27 perioperative patients with LM were selected and randomly divided into two groups. Among them， 13 patients in the control group received routine care， and the observation group received high-quality care throughout the course of 14 patients. The two groups of patients of operation indicators， quality of life， nursing satisfactionwerecompared. Results： The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group， the amount of surgical bleeding was less than that of the control group， the nursing satisfaction score was higher than that of the control group， and the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion： Providing patients with high-quality care during the perioperative period of LM can not only promote the safe and rapid completion of the operation， but also promote the effect of the operation to a certain extent， which is helpful to improve the quality of life of patients.

女性子宫肌瘤问题越发普遍，症状表现通常和肌瘤组织生长大小、肌瘤组织个数、生长部位以及性质等具有紧密相关性。该疾病发生之后，除了会引起阴道分泌物和月经异常之外，子宫肌瘤体对周围组织形成的压迫，会直接影响到输尿管以及膀胱的正常功能，表现出尿急、尿频、尿液潴留等症状。此外，根据研究表明，子宫肌瘤若突入子宫腔会对受精卵的着床活动产生一定妨碍，进而使生育能力受到伤害。因此，必须重视其相关治疗工作。手术切除治疗是解除子宫肌瘤带来相关病症的直接性措施，但是子宫肌瘤病痛的折磨加上手术创伤性，很容易影响到其术后康复以及生活质量。临床主张在患者围术期，加强护理干预，以辅助其取得更理想的手术效果。……
