中医针灸推拿在颈椎病患者护理中的应用

【摘 要】目的：中医针灸推拿在颈椎病患者护理中的应用效果。方法：以颈椎病患者为研究对象，抽取52例患者为常规组，给予常规西医治疗和护理，再抽取52例患者为干预组，给予常规西医治疗、护理和中医针灸推拿护理，观察两组患者护理前后颈部障碍指数（NDI）的变化、颅内动脉血流速度的改善情况。结果：干预组患者颈部临床症状的评分均低于常规组，治疗有效率整体较高（P<0.05）。结论：中医针灸推拿可以显著改善颈椎病患者颈部功能障碍情况。

【Abstract】Objective： The application effect of Acupuncture and massage in the nursing of patients with cervical spondylosis. Methods： Taking patients with cervical spondylosis as the research object， extraction for conventional group， 52 patients given conventional western medicine therapy and nursing， and extraction of 52 patients of intervention group， given conventional western medicine treatment， care and the doctor of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and massage care， observing two groups of patients with nursing before and after the change of Neck Disability Index （NDI）， intracranial artery blood flow velocity of improvement. Results： The scores of cervical clinical symptoms in the intervention group were lower than those in the conventional group， and the overall effective rate was higher（P<0.05）. Conclusion： TCM acupuncture and massage can significantly improve the cervical dysfunction in patients with cervical spondylosis.

1.1 一般资料

研究对象选取时间为在2020年6月至2021年6月之间。常规组，男28例，女24例，年龄35岁～78岁，平均年龄（42.68±4.31）岁，病程5个月～7年，平均病程（3.98±0.66）年；干预组，男27例，女25例，年龄33岁～79岁，平均年龄（43.29±4.67）岁，病程6个月～8年，平均病程（4.03±0.54）年。研究人员在选取本次实验的104例颈椎病患者时需要注意以下几点：（1）患者具有明显的头颈部疼痛，或者肩部、胸部放射痛，可见颈部生理弧度消失。（2）患者均为慢性病程，排除因外力、交通事故等因素造成的急性颈椎损伤患者。（3）排除由于其他原因引起颈部疼痛或者存在其他部位骨骼疾病的患者。（4）剔除妊娠期、哺乳期女性和精神存在异常的患者。

1.2 方法

1.2.1常规组：给予组内患者常规西医治疗和护理，包括治疗颈椎病的西医药物的服用和颈部疼痛护理等。

1.2.2干预组：给予组内患者西医治疗基础上的中医针灸推拿治疗，具体的治疗措施如下：（1）针灸治疗：组内所有患者均需要接受针灸……
