健康体检中应用超声检查对甲状腺结节筛查的效果

【摘 要】目的：研究于健康体检中运用超声检查筛查甲状腺结节的效果。方法：选取于本院进行健康体检的400名人员（2020年3月至2021年3月），对所有体检者展开超生检查，分析体检者甲状腺结节检出状况。结果：超声检查健康人群甲状腺结节检出率为11.50%，诊断符合率95.65%，灵敏度93.33%，特异度96.77%。相较于良性结节，恶性结节血流峰值流速、阻力指數明显更高（P<0.05）。对比恶性结节，良性结节形态规则、边缘清晰检出率更高，微钙化、纵横比≥1、内部结构实性、内部低回声检出率更低（P<0.05）。结论：健康体检中运用超声检查筛查甲状腺结节效果理想，诊断精准性较高，具备较高的推广可行性。

Effect of ultrasound on screening thyroid nodules in physical examination

【Abstract】Objective： To study the effect of ultrasound screening thyroid nodules in physical examination.Methods：Selecting 400 persons who underwent physical examination in our hospital （from March 2020 to March 2021）to carry out superbirth examination for all physical examinees， and analyze the detection status of thyroid nodules.Results：The detection rate of thyroid nodules in healthy people was 11.50%， the diagnostic coincidence rate was 90.20%， the sensitivity was 78.95%， and the specificity was 96.88%. Compared with benign nodules， the peak flow velocity and resistance index of malignant nodules were significantly higher（P<0.05）. Compared with malignant nodules， benign nodules had regular morphology， clear edges， higher detection rate， and lower detection rate of microcalcification， aspect ratio≥1， solid internal structure and internal low echo（P<0.05）. Conclusion： Ultrasound screening of thyroid nodules in physical examination has ideal effect， high diagnostic accuracy and high popularization feasibility.

甲状腺结节较为常见，该病存在良、恶性分别。甲状腺良性结节可采用根治术进行治疗，而恶性结节属于恶性肿瘤，会严重威胁患者生命安全。为防止甲状腺结节发展为甲状腺癌，避免患者错过最佳治疗时机，降低治疗难度，改善患者预后，积极做好甲状腺结节的诊断、筛查工作意义重大[1]。近些年，超声检查在临床中应用越发广泛，此检查方式具备无创、重复性等优势，并且此种诊断方式可提供病灶血流信息。本次研究比较分析健康体检中应用超声检查对甲状腺结节筛查的效果。

1.1 一般资料

选取于本院进行健康体检的400例人员（2020年3月至2021年3月）。400名体检，男236例，女164例，年龄23岁～78岁，平均年龄（50.49±2.71）岁，年龄≥60岁85名、40岁～59岁139名、20岁～39岁176名。

纳入标准：（1）临床资料完整；（2）具备清醒意识；（3）知情并自愿参与本次研究，并签订知情同意书。……
