项目管理在手术室感染控制中的应用

【摘 要】目的：探讨手术室感染控制项目管理的效果。方法：选择2019年8月至2020年8月在我院接受手术治疗的90例患者作为研究对象，分为对照组与观察组，各45例。对照组采用常规手术管理，观察组采用感染控制项目管理。比较两组感染率及护理满意度。结果：观察组手术室感染率为4.44%，对照组为20.00%。观察组感染率低于对照组，患者满意度高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：项目管理减少了手术室感染，提高了患者满意度，值得推广应用。

Application of project management in infection control in operating room

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the effect of infection control project management in operating room. Methods： 90 patients who underwent surgery in our hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were divided into control group and observation group， with 45 cases in each group. Routine operation management was used in the control group and infection control project management was used in the observation group. The infection rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results： The infection rate in the operating room was 4.44% in the observation group and 20.00% in the control group. The infection rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group， and the patient satisfaction was higher than that in the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion： Project management reduces operating room infection and improves patient satisfaction， which is worthy of popularization and application.

手术室是医院治疗患者的主要科室之一。在手术室管理中，任何环节或项目的失误都可能导致患者手术情况发生改变，尤其是患者手术部位的感染[1]，不利于患者的治疗与康复，若情况特殊还会引发医疗纠纷。项目管理是在有限资源下，使用系统方法、概念、理论，有效管理所有与项目相关工作，计划、组织、指导、协调、监控和评估从投资决策到项目完成的全过程，以实现项目目标。项目管理在经济、社会、医疗等有着广泛且有价值的应用，目前，其在医院管理中的应用能缩短平均住院日，减少医疗纠纷等。

1.1 一般资料

选择2019年8月至2020年8月在我院接受手术治疗的90例患者为研究对象，其中骨科手术43例，肛肠手术47例；男性48例，女性42例。90例患者分为对照组和观察组，每组45例。项目管理前进行手术的45例患者为对照组，其中女性20例，男性25例，年龄29岁～64岁，平均年龄（46.21±7.56）岁；项目管理实施后，进行手术的45例患者为观察组，其中女性21例，男性24例，年龄30岁～62岁，平均年龄（42.84±6.98）岁。……
