永久起搏器植入术后近期并发症的临床护理观察

【摘 要】目的：分析永久起搏器植入术后近期并发症的临床护理效果。方法：选择从2018年12月至2020年12月在我院中采用永久起搏器植入术治疗的患者80例，以手术时间为分界点，前40例为G组采用针对性护理，后40例为D组采用常规护理，对比两组患者术后并发症发生率、治疗积极性、负面情绪评分。结果：相比于D组的术后并发症发生率G组更低，具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。相比于D组的治疗积极性G组更高，具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。护理前，两组负面情绪评分并无太大不同（P>0.05）；护理后，相比于D组的负面情绪评分G组更低，具有统计学意义（P<0.05）[1]。结论：给予采用永久起搏器植入术治疗的患者针对性护理优势更明显，值得推广。

Clinical nursing observation of Recent complications after permanent pacemaker implantation

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the clinical care effect of recent complications after permanent pacemaker implantation.Methods： A total of 80 patients treated with permanent pacemaker implantation in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2020 were selected，taking the operation time as the cut-off point for， the first 40 patients were assigned to group G with targeted care， and the last 40 patients were assigned to group D with routine care， and the incidence of postoperative complications， treatment positivity， and negative emotional scores were compared between the two groups. Results：The postoperative complication rate in group G was lower than that in Group D，with statistical significance（P<0.05）. The treatment positivity ingroup G was higher than that in Group D， with statistical significance（P<0.05）. Before nursing care， the negative affect scores of the two groups were not much different（P>0.05）；After nursing， the negative affect scores of group G were lower than that of group D，with statistical significance（P<0.05）[1]. Conclusions：The advantages of targeted care given to patients treated with permanent pacemaker implantation are more obvious and deserve to be promoted.

永久起搏器植入術为临床治疗缓慢型心律失常的主要方法，通过手术能够转变患者临床症状，提高患者生活质量。但是手术会给患者带来一定的创伤，易出现并发症，因此需要对患者进行针对性护理，巩固临床疗效[2]。本文选择从2018年12月至2020年12月在我院中采用永久起搏器植入术治疗的患者80例为研究对象，详细分析针对性护理的重要性，详细报道如下。

1.1 基本资料

选择从2018年12月至2020年12月在我院中采用永久起搏器植入术治疗的患者80例，纳入患者均符合临床缓慢型心律失常诊断标准。本研究经医院伦理委员会审核批准，所有患者签署知情同意书。排除合并有肝肾功能不全、血液疾病、自身免疫病的患者，排除哺乳期妇女及孕妇。……
