肠梗阻围术期护理中应用综合护理的有效性分析

【摘 要】目的：分析探讨肠梗阻围术期护理中应用综合护理的有效性。方法：选取我院2019年1月至2020年1月接收治疗肠梗阻患者73例为观察对象，随机将其分为观察组与对照组。其中对照组采用常规护理方法，观察组采用围术期综合护理。将两组患者护理效果进行比较。结果：观察组患者的护理有效率为97.2%，高于对照组54.1%，数据对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：综合护理是一种现代护理模式，在肠梗阻围术期护理中应用综合护理可以有效提高治疗疗效，值得推广与应用于临床护理中。

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze and explore the effectiveness of comprehensive nursing in perioperative nursing of intestinal obstruction. Methods： 73 patients with intestinal obstruction treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group adopted conventional nursing method， and the observation group adopted perioperative comprehensive nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results：The effective rate of nursing in the observation group was 97.2%， which was higher than 54.1% in the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion：Comprehensive nursing is a modern nursing model. The application of comprehensive nursing in perioperative nursing of intestinal obstruction can effectively improve the therapeutic effect， which is worthy of popularization and application in clinical nursing.

肠道内容物不能正常运转，不能顺利通过肠道，称为肠梗阻。肠梗阻是一种常见的外科急症。肠梗阻后会出现局部肠梗阻和全身肠梗阻一系列复杂的病理生理变化，大部分患者在发生肠梗阻的时候，其病情发展迅速，并且诊断比较困难，容易导致死亡[1]。而引发肠梗阻的最大因素是由于患者体内的水电解质和酸碱平衡发生失调的现象，或者患者年龄较大并合并心肺功能不全等。主要表现为腹痛、呕吐、腹胀和肛门疼痛、停止排气、排便等症状。手术是治疗肠梗阻的首选方法，全面的围手术期护理措施对患者的康复具有重要意义，综合护理综合了小组护理和责任护理的优点，是由同一组护理人员运用护理程序的工作方法，共同完成一组患者的护理工作[2]。为了分析探讨肠梗阻围术期护理中应用综合护理的有效性，本次研究报告如下。……
