分析屈螺酮炔雌醇片与左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统治疗子宫异常出血疾病的效果

【摘 要】目的：研究分析在子宫异常出血患者中采取屈螺酮炔雌醇片治疗和左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统治疗的效果对比。方法：研究抽取2020年1月至12月我院接诊的120例子宫异常出血者纳入试验，依据抽样法进行分组，就对照组（60例）实行左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统治疗与观察组（60例）实行屈螺酮炔雌醇片治疗的效果对比。结果：观察组患者的总有效率高于对照组（P<0.05）。不良反应和血红蛋白水平变化，观察组均低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：相比左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统治疗，应用屈螺酮炔雌醇片治疗疗效更突出，有效提高患者治疗效率，减少不良反应，临床应用价值高。

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the effect of drospironeethinylestradiol tablets and levonorgestrelintrauterine slow release system in patients with abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods： 120 uterine bleeding patients received in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were grouped according to the sampling method to compare the effect of levonynorgrel intrauterine slow release system in the control group（60 cases） and drospironeethinylestradiol tablets in the observation group （60 cases）.Results： The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control groups （P<0.05）.Adverse reactions and hemoglobin levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion： Compared with the intrauterine slow release system of levonorgestrel， the application of drospironeethinylestradiol tablets is more effective， effectively improving the treatment effect of patients， reducing adverse reactions and has high clinical application value..

子宮异常出血属于临床妇科常见的一种病症，发病率较高。该病症的诱发因素较多且复杂，其中尤以子宫内膜增生、子宫内膜生长过长显著，随着病情持续发展，患者还将并发贫血等病症，部分更年期妇女甚至会出现功能性子宫出血等疾病，从而对患者生命健康及生活质量构成严重威胁[1]。临床治疗多半采取止血干预，并做调节生理周期干预，若病情严重者，则多半采取左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统，发挥绝经诱导作用。但该药物治疗并不能满足患者需求，为此，本文探究屈螺酮炔雌醇片治疗的应用效果，正文内容如下。

临床资料

时间：2020年1月至12月，对象：我院120例子宫异常出血患者，对其分组。对照组，年龄31岁～48岁，平均年龄（39.5±1.19）岁；围绝经期功血33例、子宫肌瘤20例，子宫腺肌7例；……
