浅谈城市轨道交通应急处理策略

摘 要：随着我国社会经济发展迅速，城市轨道交通也得到了广泛的普及，但是随着轨道交通在全国范围内的不断建设和应用，紧急事件发生的概率也越来越大，如果处理不妥善，容易引发一系列严重的后果，基于这样的背景，本文重点分析了城市轨道交通的紧急事件处理问题。文章先是对轨道交通突发事件的类别进行了区分，继而对事件发生的原因进行了阐述，然后按照分类提出了各类紧急事件的应对策略，最后还提出了在进行紧急事件处理时需要注意的地方，希望本文的研究能够给我国轨道交通建设和运营提供理论参考。

On the emergency treatment strategy of urban rail transit

Abstract： With the rapid development of China’s social economy， urban rail transit has also been widely popularized. However， with the continuous construction and application of rail transit throughout China， the probability of emergency is also increasing. If it is not handled properly， it will lead to a series of serious consequences easily. Based on above mentioned background， this paper focuses on the handling of urban rail transit emergencies. Firstly， the categories of rail transit emergencies are distinguished， then expounds the causes of the events and puts forward the coping strategies of various emergencies according to the classification. Finally， factors that need to be paid attention to when dealing with emergencies are listed. It is hoped that the research of this paper can provide theoretical reference for the construction and operation of rail transit in China.

当前，我国的各大城市都已经建设了四通八达的轨道交通，对于一个城市的轨道交通而言，其服务的群体巨大，承载着很大的运行压力，并且对轨道交通建设和运营的技术要求很高，运行过程中对于可靠性的要求也比较高，如果突发事件发生或者发生突发事件后没有在第一时间合理地进行补救，往往会造成巨大的社会不良影响，并且在现阶段，城市轨道交通日常运营中高素质人才相对缺乏，这给城市轨道交通体系面对紧急事件时带来了不可言喻的挑战，怎么在当前情况下进一步完善城市轨道交通的应急管理是急需解决的问题。在此背景下，本文分析了城市轨道交通里面的各类突发事件，并分析了各类事件的应急方案，并给出了应急事件处理中的注意事项。……
