演讲嘉宾：杨镇源

深圳大学建筑与城市规划学院讲师杨镇源基于“产城一体”的研究，探讨了在深圳的建设用地紧缺的条件下，如何利用城市设计作为整体的指引和统筹，挖掘产业用地更多元和灵活的发展方式，使城市价值和街区化空间得以实现。进而探讨了产业用地升级成为城市中心、城市客厅、未来街区等融合空间的趋势和可能性。

Yang Zhenyuan,a lecturer at the School of Architecture and Urban Planning,Shenzhen University,discusses how to utilize urban design as the overall guidance and coordination under the condition of shortage of construction land in Shenzhen which is based on the research on industrycity integration,so as to explore a more flexible development mode of industrial land and realize the urban value and block space.Furthermore,it discussed the trend and possibility of upgrading industrial land into an urban center,urban living room and future block.
