The geographical indication is rich in cultural value, with high added value and great potential for development and utilization. The application of GI culture in the livestream advertising can give more cultural connotation and humanistic value to the GI high-quality agricultural products. ZHOU Dong-xia, CHEN Wei

Abstract: The core of “coordination and harmony” between corporates and their economic stakeholders is “reciprocity of benefit”. Therefore, corporate economic responsibility could be defined as the responsibility that corporates should take for the reciprocity of benefit between corporates and their economic stakeholders. From the sociological perspective, the relationship between corporates and their economic stakeholders consists of four elements, and hence corporate economic responsibility contains the following four types: (1)the responsibility that corporates take for reciprocity of benefit between corporates and their economic stakeholders;(2) the responsibility that corporates take for the consensus of goal, measures and standard of evaluation when practicing reciprocity of benefit; (3) the responsibility that corporates take for their economic stakeholder to get the real and equal access to the right of claim; (4) the responsibility that corporate take for putting “reciprocity of benefit” as shared value. The first responsibility is the dependent variable, indicating the reciprocity of benefit in the relationship between corporates and their economic stakeholder; the other three responsibilities are the independent variables. To get the comprehensive understanding of corporate economic responsibility, both the dependent variable and the independent variables should be taken into consideration.

ContinuationandReconstructionofFamilyintheContextofGlobalization:
AnEmpiricalStudyBasedonTransnationalFamiliesinYiwu
MA Yan

Abstract:The concept of “family” plays various roles in different dimensions. In the resettlement area, the reconstructed family often integrates traditional elements into transnational families to create a stable and complete “family”. The ties of family relations have transcended the boundaries of the nation-state. Changes in physical space have not led to changes in family patterns. Seemingly fragile families will constantly adjust their strategies to adapt to changes in the external environment. The reconstruction of family members’ relations in transnational immigrants, leads to subtle changes in the structure of transnational families. Its essence is a strategic practice for a specific transnational space field, with the purpose of realizing the social function of the family, i.e., maintaining the reproduction and continuity of the family.

IdentificationofCivilEvidenceforPublicSecurityInvestigationinHigh-riseLitteringDispute
WANG Can-can

Abstract:Article 1254 of the Civil Code stipulates that the public security organs shall find out the person responsible for the objects thrown from high altitude, which is conductive to attributing the responsibilities and maintaining social order. The investigation conducted by the public security organs on civil infringement according to laws has both civil and administrative attribute, which need to be distinguished in proof usage. Admission of “evidence groups” in legal suits brings about the problems such as the improper logic of judicial proof, the confusion of evidence location and the absence of evidence rules. According to the object of proof and the classification of evidence in theory, the chain of different evidence can be distinguished. Statements made by investigators of public security in court is not the witness testimony but the obligation of state organs to respond; the identification documents issued by the public security are independent of evidence listed in China’s Civil Evidence Law. The admission of the parties in the police investigation has no self-admission effect in civil litigation. Evidence of illegality of subject, form and procedure should be excluded. The public security has the duty to prove the legality of the evidence.

RUAN Tang-hui

Abstract:Evidence law has developed for hundreds of years. Although it has become a branch of law science, it has been confined to the swamp confused with the concept of evidence science. As a branch of law, evidence law should have specific research objects and research methods, and a unique theoretical basis of the discipline. That is, in terms of research objects, it should be limited to “legal norms of evidence” and its extended fields, including the philosophical principles, historical origins, forms and practical effects of the norms of evidence law; in terms of research methods, it should be limited to hermeneutic methods, philosophical methods, historical methods, sociological methods correspondently; in terms of the theoretical basis of the discipline, “multiple theories” with value theory as the core should be set as the basis. Only in this way can we build a scientific and reasonable disciplinary system of evidence law and provide effective support for the practice of evidence legislation.

DENG Wen-juan, YU Ge

Abstract:The continuous development of mobile Internet technology has created a new online shopping model, community group purchase. Its pre-sale mode solves the problem of redundant loss caused by the inability to accurately predict user demand for fresh products to a large extent. And the costs in the process have been reduced, so that consumers can buy the goods at a lower price and get more benefits from it. In the fierce competition, community group purchase has also revealed some problems. Through literature review and summary of relevant researches, this paper puts forward ten research variables such as flow experience, expectation confirmation, and perceived ease of use. Fourteen presuppositions is made to construct models of consumers’ willingness in continuous community group purchase. The questionnaires are distributed online and offline, and then SPSS23.0 and AMOS23.0 are used to conduct statistical analysis and model testing on the collected data. After revising the model, the final results are obtained. According to the research conclusions, some suggestions are put forward from two perspectives, i.e. the government and the community group purchase platform, to help the community group purchase platform develop in a more healthy and orderly direction.

ThePersonInvolvedinthe“WutaiPoetryCase”:SengJuze
WANG Xiu-lin

Abstract:The “Wutai Poetry Case” is a well-known example of a Northern Song Dynasty literary inquisition. It not only caused Su Shi to stay in prison for more than 130 days and resulted in his deportation to Huangzhou, but it also had a major impact on a big number of people (about eighty). Among those involved, some were friends of Su Shi who were alive, like Wang Gong, Wang Shen, Zeng Gong and Huang Tingjian; some had passed away, such as Zhang Xian, Ouyang Xiu, Liu Shu and Wen Yuke; some strongly opposed Wang Anshi's reform, including Zhang Fangping, Fan Zhen, Sima Guang and Liu Zhi; some showed a supportive attitude to Wang Anshi, like Liu Jin, Huang Yan, as well as Wang Anshi's younger brother Wang Anshang; some were worldly scholar-officials; some were religious figures, such as Monk Can Liaozi and Seng Juze. Can Liaozi, a famous Northern Song Dynasty poet and monk, was involved in the “Wutai Poetry Case” because of his close association with Su Shi. However, it is interesting to find out why Seng Juze, an ordinary monk, got accused in the case. Based on the evidence, this study concludes that Su Shi and Seng Juze had deep friendship, that Seng Juze “accept Su Shi's sarcastic words”, and that when the officials “requested for the correspondence material”, Seng Juze did not hand it over. Seng Juze was involved in the “Wutai Petry Case” for the above reasons.

There are more than 30 poems in the Tang Dynasty about giving crutches as gifts. Aging, leisure and Buddhism and Taoism are important themes in these poems. This is related to the practical function of the crutches, and more to the cultural meaning attached to the “crutches” since the pre-Qin Dynasty periods. These poems often exaggerate the magical origin and precious material of the crutches, reflecting the aesthetic appreciation of the Tang literati in their daily life.

KANG Cui-ping, WANG Zhi

Abstract: The ethnic policies of the Communist Party of China, as the result of the localization and modernization of Marxist ethnic theories, embody the unity of the emancipating of the mind and the seeking of truth from facts, and the unity of the idea of solidifying the foundation and the idea of making innovations. Looking back on the 100-year history of the changes of the Communist Party of China, we can clearly understand the truth power of Marxist ethnic theories in the practice of “changing China”,and deeply appreciate the evolution logic of ethnic higher education policy:Taking the “liberation of China” as the logical starting point, after going through the historical stages of “Minzuof China”, “China ofMinzu” and “China ofZhonghua”, it finally moved towards a new prospect of “China ofHuaxia” and “China of the World” in the New Era. This logic fully reflects the policy prospects of the pluralistic integration of the Chinese nation as well as the shared prosperity and development of all ethnic groups. It shows a path of reform and progress ofMinzuhigher education policy with the localization and modernization of the MarxistMinzutheory from an international perspective.

YI Hui-wen

Abstract: The performance of citation for articlees on literature, history and philosophy is generally lower than that of economics, management and law, which leads to reduction of the publication on literature, history and philosophy under the pressure of impact factor. Based on the data of comprehensive journals of universities indexed in CSSCI from 2007 to 2019, an empirical analysis is made on the influence of the proportion of literary, historical and philosophical articles on the impact factor. Firstly, according to the China Library Classification, it is subject to classify the subject of articles with further calculation of the proportion of literary, historical and philosophical articles. The average of the proportion is between 0.093 and 0.648, implying the great differences in the subjects of journals. Then, this paper uses panel data to make empirical analysis. The results show that the proportion has a significant negative effect on the impact factor. This conclusion is still valid after a series of robustness tests, such as replacing the explained variable and changing the research method; the reputation of periodical helps to alleviate the negative effect of this proportion; due to the inherent differences between subjects, this proportion still has a negative impact for a long time. The above conclusions verify the adaptation differences of impact factor in journal evaluation. According to the subjects of journals, more detailed classification, application of quantitative indicators such as impact factor as tools, and adoption of diversified periodical evaluation methods, are not only the direction for optimizing the periodical evaluation system, but also a necessary measure to give full play to the role of academic journals in leading disciplinary development.
