PCR conditions for allele mining/sequencing are as described by Tyagi et al (2020) at 94ºC for 5 min followed by 34 cycles of 1 min at 95 ºC, 1 min at 55 ºC, 2 min at 72 ºC, and a final extension for 5 min at 72 ºC.
