黑龙江省中等教育与经济时空发展关系研究

摘  要：根据耦合协调度模型，合理设计各系统权重，对黑龙江省2008-2020年中等教育发展与经济发展的关系进行分析.研究结果表明，黑龙江省2008-2020年中等教育发展与经济发展的关系由轻度失调、濒临失调、初级协调、中级协调发展到目前的良好协调关系.

Research on the Relationship between Secondary Education and Economic Space-Time Development in Heilongjiang Province

Abstract：According to the coupling coordination model， the weights of each system are reasonably designed， and the relationship between secondary education and economic development in Heilongjiang Province from 2008 to 2020 is analyzed. The research results show that the relationship between the development of secondary education and economic development in Heilongjiang Province from 2008 to 2020 has developed from mild imbalance， near imbalance， primary coordination， intermediate coordination to current good coordination.

教育是國之大计、党之大计，是民族振兴、社会进步的重要基石，教育与经济发展之间有相互促进、协调发展的关系.西方著名教育经济学家Theodore Schultz，Rober E Lucas利用投资增量分析法、新增长理论对经济发展的成因和动力进行分析和研究，发现教育对经济的促进作用不容忽视.[1-2]厉以宁在《论教育在经济发展中的作用》一文中指出，教育具有保障经济稳定和经济发展的作用，提出要重视和加大教育方面的投资.[3]叶茂林在《教育发展与经济增长》一文中详细论证了教育与经济发展之间具有互相促进、共同发展的关系.[4]张波等人员运用菲尔德模型，根据宏观数据论证了教育投资对经济发展有促进作用.[5]中等教育与地区经济发展的关系如何，地方政府应该如何积极引导实现两者之间的良性促进协调发展，是地方政府亟需考虑的问题.本文讨论黑龙江省中等教育与经济时空发展的关系，论证保持中等教育对经济发展的良好促进作用.
