甘肃省百合科饲用植物资源调查

摘  要：调查甘肃省百合科饲用植物的区系、生境情况及饲用价值.调查结果显示，甘肃省百合科饲用植物共有7属41种，区系为温带性质；绝大多数生活型为多年生草本，生长在荒漠、草原地带，饲用价值极高.

Study on Forage Plant Resources of Liliaceae in Gansu Province

Abstract：To investigate the flora， habitat and feeding value of Liliaceae forage plants in Gansu Province. The results show that there are 7 genera and 41 species of Liliaceae forage plants in Gansu Province， the flora is temperate， and most of the life forms are perennial herbs， growing in desert and steppe， with high feeding value.

百合科（Liliaceae）植物绝大多数为宿根草本，我国各地区均有分布，共有60属600余种.[1]百合科植物富含膳食纤维、蛋白质、葡甘露聚糖、淀粉，具有重要的观赏、食用、药用、饲用价值，对动物及人类生命活动、疾病预防及其治疗具有重要意义.[2]目前研究主要集中在百合科植物花的转录组测序、种子萌发期的生理生化变化、叶形态特征及其分类学和染色体核型等方面[3-6]，对甘肃省百合科饲用植物资源研究还未见报道.本文通过标本采集、鉴定和文献法，对甘肃省百合科饲用植物资源进行调查，旨在为饲用植物的合理保护及开发利用提供科学指导.

1 甘肃省百合科饲用植物区系分析

1.1 属种组成

甘肃省地貌复杂，植被类型极其丰富，具有多样的生态环境，适合饲用植物生长.甘肃省百合科饲用植物共有7属41种（表1）. [7-8]葱属（Allium）最多，有野葱（A.chrysanthum）、天蓝韭（A.cyaneum）和长柱韭（A.longistylum Baker）等29种，占总种数的70.73%；其次是百合属（Lilium），有川百合（L.davidii Duchartre）、百合（L.brownii var. viridulum Baker）和卷丹（L.lancifolium Thunb.）等4种，占总种数的9.76%；菝葜属（Smilax）有托柄菝葜（S.discotis Warb）、防己叶菝葜（S.menispermoidea）和短穗菝葜（S.descotis Warb.）等3种，占总种数的7.31%；萱草属（Hemerocallis L.）有小萱草（H.dumortieri）和小黄花菜（H.minor）2种，占总种数的4.88%；知母属（A.asphodeloides Bunge）、天门冬属（Asparagus L．）和山麦冬属（Liriope）各有1种，占总种数的2.44%，分别……
