数字经济、数据要素禀赋与制造业高质量发展

摘 要：   数字经济与实体经济深度融合，成为推动制造业高质量发展的新引擎。论文在构建制造业高质量发展指标基础上将数据要素禀赋纳入制造业发展分析框架，利用2013—2020年省际面板数据，实证检验数字经济驱动制造业高质量发展的影响效应及作用机制。研究表明：数字经济显著推动制造业高质量发展，数据要素禀赋是数字经济促进制造业高质量发展的重要机制，其中数据流量规模的促进作用高于数据用户规模的促进作用。研究发现为数字经济时代进一步挖掘数据要素价值，助力实现制造业高质量发展提供了理论依据和实践经验。

Digital Economy， Data Factor Endowment and High-QualityDevelopment of Manufacturing

Abstract：  The deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy has become a new engine to promote the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry. Based on the construction of high-quality development indicators of manufacturing industry， this paper incorporates data element endowments into the analysis framework of manufacturing development， and empirically tests the influence effect and mechanism of digital economy driving high-quality development of manufacturing industry by using inter-provincial panel data from 2013 to 2020. The results show that the digital economy significantly promotes the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry， and the data element endowment is an important mechanism for the digital economy to promote the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry， among which the promotion of the scale of data flow is higher than that of the scale of data users. The research results provide a theoretical basis and practical experience for further mining the value of data elements in the digital economy era to help achieve high-quality development of the manufacturing industry.

數据要素作为数字经济发展壮大的根基，具有强大的增长牵引力，但是当前有关数据要素的探讨大多集中于定性分析，且分析角度集中于宏观经济运行效率与微观企业生产管理效率，尚未有文献从产业角度入手分析数字经济时代下数据要素对高质量发展的影响效应。本文以数据要素禀赋为调节变量，对数字经济、数据要素禀赋与制造业高质量发展的影响机制进行理论分析与实证检验，以期弥补相关领域的研究空白。

1 理论分析

1.1 数字经济驱动制造业高质量发展

数字经济具有高融合性的特征，通过数字化革新吸引高端要素投入，推动制造业转型升级。数字经济一方面以数字产业化为支撑，通过技术渗透融合为制造厂商提供数字化产品、服务与解决方案，支撑制造业产业数字化转型（王俊豪和周晟佳，2021）；……
