数字经济发展能否缩小城乡收入差距？

摘 要：   文章基于2011—2018年中国地级市的面板数据，分析了数字经济发展通过影响地区市场潜力继而影响城乡收入差距的中介效应。研究发现：（1）数字经济发展有助于缩小城乡收入差距，市场潜力在数字经济发展缩小城乡收入差距过程中的传导作用得到了实证支持。（2）从全国整体来看，市场潜力构成数字经济发展缩小城乡收入差距的中介变量。分组回归发现，市场潜力的传导效应主要在西部地区和产业结构高级化指数较高的地区得到支持。（3）数字经济发展通过影响城乡居民收入的链式中介效应和多重中介效应影响城乡收入差距。

Will the Development of the Digital Economy Narrow theUrban-Rural Income Gap？ From the Perspectiveof Market Potential

Abstract：  Based on the panel data of Chinas cities from 2011 to 2018， this paper analyzes the intermediary effect of digital economy development on urban-rural income gap by influencing regional market potential. The conclusions are as follows： （1） The development of digital economy helps to narrow the urban-rural income gap， and the transmission role of market potential in the process of narrowing the urban-rural income gap in the development of digital economy has been supported. （2） From a national perspective， the market potential constitutes the intermediary variable for the development of digital economy to narrow the urban-rural income gap. Group regression shows that the transmission effect of market potential is supported in western regions and regions with high industrial structure upgrading index. （3） The development of digital economy affects the urban-rural income gap through the chain intermediary effect and multiple intermediary effect that affect the income of urban and rural residents.

近年來，缩小居民收入差距，推动实现共同富裕，成为政策制定和学术研究的重要方向（罗楚亮等，2021）。城乡收入差距过大是我国整体居民收入不平等问题的重要构成（Teng et al.，2010；Lagakos，2020），而数字经济健康有序发展是缩小城乡收入差距，逐步破解发展不平衡不充分难题，满足人民美好生活需求的崭新驱动力（张勋等，2021）。本文从市场潜力的视角出发，研究数字经济发展影响城乡收入差距的内在机理，探索数字经济发展能否缩小城乡收入差距，为构建新发展格局，切实转变发展方式，推动更有效率、更加公平、更可持续的发展提供理论和经验支撑。
