数字劳动的政治经济学解析

摘 要：   随着数字经济、数字科技的发展，与互联网有关的“数字劳动”作为一种新的劳动范式被正式提出并逐渐成为数字化时代劳动的主要形式。数字劳动正在成为推动全世界数字经济生产力发展的关键要素，但是数字劳动中的风险和困境也在不断地凸显。如何从政治经济学批判的视角辩证地把握数字劳动，解析数字劳动中的差异性、多样性及风险性存在，对于充分激发数字劳动变量，发展数字经济影响深远、意义重大。

Political Economy Analysis of Digital Labour

Abstract：  With the development of digital economy and digital technology， "digital labour" related to the Internet has been formally put forward as a new labour paradigm and gradually become the main form of labour in the digital age. Digital labour is becoming a key factor to promote the development of the productivity of the worlds digital economy， but the risks and difficulties in digital labour are also constantly highlighted. How to dialectically grasp digital labour and analyze the differences and diversity and risks in digital labour from the perspective of political economy criticism has a far-reaching impact and great significance for fully stimulating the variables of digital labour and developing digital economy.

1 何为“数字劳动”？

数字劳动的出场与数字经济的倡导、数字科技的发展密切相关。当用户有意或无意的參与行为创造出了经济价值，甚至构建出了新的商业模式时，这种新的劳动范式便引起了各界学者的广泛关注，并在政治经济学批判领域引发了大规模的研究热潮。国外互联网、大数据发展较早，这也直接导致国外学者对数字劳动的关注相对较早。随着网络技术（或信息和通信技术）的出现并融入社会的每一个领域，工业资本主义的生产方式和劳动方式发生了巨大的改变，“资本和互联网结合的结果就是数字经济，体现了资本主义生产逻辑加速的所有迹象”，“免费劳动力”成了数字经济中创造价值的一个基本时刻。自20世纪90年代以来，随着社交媒体的发展，用户参与成为互联网公司新的经济价值来源及构建商业模式的基础。利用网络效应，公司不仅可以获得用户，还可以从他们那里学习，并在他们的贡献基础上发展。……
