达格列净片联合盐酸二甲双胍片及甘精胰岛素注射液预填充治疗老年2型糖尿病的临床疗效观察

【摘要】目的：分析达格列净片联合盐酸二甲双胍片及甘精胰岛素注射液预填充治疗老年2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法：选择2021年5月—2022年11月期间的86例老年2型糖尿病患者，随机分为两组，分析两组治疗前后血糖水平以及胰岛功能指标。结果：治疗后，观察组FPG、2h PG、HbAlc水平均明显低于对照组，观察组HOMA-IR水平明显低于对照组，观察组HOMA-IS水平明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：针对2型糖尿病患者采用达格列净片联合盐酸二甲双胍片以及甘精胰岛素注射液预填充治疗，效果理想，值得广泛应用及推广。

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the clinical efficacy of Dagliegine tablets combined with metformin hydrochloride tablets and insulin glargine injection in the treatment of senile type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods： A total of 86 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus from May 2021 to November 2022 were randomly divided into two groups to analyze blood glucose levels and islet function indexes before and after treatment. Results： After treatment， FPG， 2h PG and HbAlc levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group， HOMA-IR level in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group， and HOMA-IS level in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion： For patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus， Dagliegine tablets combined with metformin hydrochloride tablets and insulin glargine injection for prefilling treatment， the effect is ideal， worthy of wide application and promotion.

作为糖尿病的类型之一，2型糖尿病相对来说比较常见，也可以被称为成人发病型糖尿病，究其原因，主要是成年人群体更容易引发该病症[1]。2型糖尿病的病因较多，而且具有一定的复杂性，会对患者体内的胰岛素分泌产生影响，使其产生胰岛素分泌不足的现象，或导致糖尿病患者出现胰岛素抵抗、胰岛素绝对缺乏等相关问题，进而使患者的血糖水平呈现不断升高的趋势[2]。当老年患者长时间处于高血糖的环境之中，势必会对身体产生不同程度的影响，无论是大血管，还是微血管，又或者是神经系统，都会因此产生一定病变，进而对其多处器官产生损害，威胁患者生命健康。针对这一常见病，及时治疗是关键[3]。通过药物治疗的方式，主要是对患者的血糖水平进行控制，目前比较常用的药物有盐酸二甲双胍片等，而单一用药的效果不尽人意，需要不断深入研究和探索更为有效的药物治疗方案，通过选择合适药物进行联用，产生更好的降糖效果。鉴于此，文章主要探讨达格列净片联合盐酸二甲双胍片及甘精胰岛素注射液预填充治疗老年2型糖尿病患者的临床疗效分析，现将本文作以下汇报。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选择我院2021年5月—2022年11月期间的86例老年2型糖尿病患者，随机分为两组。对照组，年龄52～80岁，平均年龄（65.22±3.45）岁；观察组，年龄51～82岁，平均年龄（65.43±3.21）岁。一般資料对比，P>0.05，无统计学差异。
