铁岭市农业科学院2002年～2022年审定水稻品种品质性状分析

摘  要：对铁岭市农业科学院21世纪以来（2002年～2022年）通过审定的17个水稻品种品质性状分析，结果表明：糙米率、整精米率、垩白度、透明度、胶稠度、碱消值、直链淀粉含量7项指标达部标优质一级的品种有2个，分别是铁粳9号和铁粳1743，占全部材料的11.76%；达到部标优质二级标准的品种有11个，占全部材料的64.71%；达到部标优质三级标准的品种有3个，分别是铁粳14号、铁粳20号、铁粳1507号，占全部材料的17.65%。17个品种全部达到部标优质粳稻品质等级二级及以上水平的占76.47%。影响稻米品质的主要因素是外观品质，改良外观品质成为铁岭市农业科学院今后水稻品质改良的主要目标。提高糙米率、降低垩白度是铁岭市农业科学院水稻育种提高优质等级的关键。

Analysis on Quality Characters of Rice Varieties Approved by Tieling

Academy of Agricultural Sciences from 2002 to 2022

Abstract：： Analysis of quality traits of 17 rice varieties approved by Tieling Academy of Agricultural Sciences since the 21st century（2002-2022）， The result showed that there are two varieties with seven indicators of brown rice rate， head rice rate， chalkiness， transparency， gel consistency， alkali marketability value and amylose content reaching the first grade of quality in the ministerial standard， They are Tiegeng-9 and Tiegeng-1743， 11.76% of all materials; There are 11 varieties that have reached the ministerial standard of high quality， 64.71% of all materials; There are 3 varieties meeting the ministerial standard of high quality，They are Tiegeng-14 ， Tiegeng-20 and Tiegeng-1507， 17.65% of all materials; 100% of the overall high quality. 76.47% of them are at or above the second level of ministerial standard quality. Appearance quality is the main factor affecting the rice quality of Tieling Academy of Agricultural Sciences. Improving appearance quality will become the main goal of rice quality improvement in the future. Increasing brown rice rate and reducing chalkiness is the key to improve the quality level of rice breeding in Tieling Academy of Agricultural Sciences.

水稻是遼宁省最主要的粮食作物之一，2018年水稻种植面积约58万hm2，近几年旱改水，种植面积有所增加，水稻也是铁岭市第二大粮食作物[1，2]，全市水稻种植面积达593 hm2。铁岭市农业科学院于1959年成立水稻课题组，开始进行水稻育种方面的研究，2015年成立水稻研究所，先后有22个水稻品种通过审定，其中2个品种通过国家审定，20个品种通过辽宁省审定。随着经济的发展、社会的进步和人们生活水平的不断提高，人们的消费观念、消费结构等都发生了巨大变化，由追求数量向追求质量转变，人们对稻米的品质要求逐渐提升，优质米俏销，呈现良好的发展势头。2019年“中央一号文件”提出“深入推进优质粮食工程”，将优质稻米产业发展的重要性推上一个新高[3]。……
