【Abstract】 Against the backdrop of energy structure transformation，new energy vehicles have becomea development trend，but maintenanceanddiagnosisaredificult.Theapplicationof electronicdiagnostic technologyinthe maintenance of new energyvehicles has significantadvantages.Itcanreduce human misjudgment and has the advantages of highdiagnosticeficiency，highaccuracyandstrong prevention.Its technical typesarediverse，includingfaultcode diagnosistechnology，which candeterminefaultsbasedonfaultcodes.Dataflow diagnosis technologydetermines faults bycollectingdata；Sensorandactuator testing technology，detectionofsensorsandactuators；Remotediagnosis technologybreaksthrough thelimitationsof timeandspacefordiagnosis.Theapplicationpathscoverthediagnosisof power batteries，inspectionof wear and tear，charging faults，etc.Circuit system diagnosis，analyzing faultssuch as shortcircuitsandleakage；Drivesystem diagnosis，troubleshooting faultsindrivemotors，controllers，etc.In-depth research onthis technology is of great significance for promoting thedevelopmentof the new energyvehicle industry.

0 引言

设备精密，关键部件的诊断与维护要求更高

在能源结构深度变革的背景下，新能源汽车凭借清洁高效、能耗低的特性，成为汽车工业发展的必然趋势。然而，其复杂的技术结构致使维修与故障诊断难度显著提升，传统燃油汽车的维修经验已难以适用。新能源汽车特有的电动机控制系统、电池管理系统等，使得经验判断无法满足维修需求。因此，深入研究新能源汽车维修电子诊断技术，对提升车辆诊断与维修效率具有重要意义。

1新能源汽车维修电子诊断技术应用优势

电子诊断技术借助现代电子设备，通过读取故障码与传感器数据，分析汽车运行状态，为故障排查提供依据。新能源汽车动力系统由动力电池、电力电子控制系统等构成，控制模块协同复杂，配套
