壮大村级集体经济的路径探索与研究

摘要：乡村振兴的基础在于产业兴旺，产业兴旺的保障在于村集体经济发展的好坏，要发展壮大村集体经济就要选择符合本村实际的发展路径： ① 要发挥党组织引领下的村民共商的作用，这是发展村集体经济的原动力； ② 要形成以集体产权抵御市场风险、增强集体经济的市场竞争力； ③ 要因地制宜谋发展，避免同质化； ④ 要转变观念，增强发展村集体经济的内生动力； ⑤ 要壮大乡村供销社，激活村发展集体经济的活力。这样才能在发展壮大村级集体经济的过程中少走弯路。

Exploration and Research on Path of Strengthening Village Collective Economy

Abstract The basis of rural revitalization lies in the prosperity of industry，and the guarantee of industrial prosperity lies in the development of villagecollective economy.To develop and expand village collective economy，we must choose the development path that conforms to the actual situation of the village： ① To give full play tothe roleofvilagers'jointconsultation underthe gudance of partyorganizations，whichis the driving force for the development of village collective economy; ② To form collective property rights to resist market risks and enhance the market competitiveness of collective economy; ③ To develop according to local conditions and avoid homogenization; ④ The concept should be changed to enhance the endogenous power of developing the village collective economy; ⑤ Rural supply and marketing cooperatives must be strengthened to activate the vitality of village collective economy.Only in this way can detours be avoided in the process of developing and expanding the village-level collective economy.

乡村振兴的总要求：产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕。产业兴旺是乡村振兴的核心，实现乡村“产业兴旺\"的基础在于壮大村级集体经济，集体经济是产业兴旺的支柱。发展壮大集体经济需要有清晰的思路和优势产业的支撑；要明确村级集体经济的着力点和特色在哪里，这是保证是否有清晰思路的关键；发展村级集体经济必须要有可持续性，而且要保障人民群众能受益，只有这样村级集体经济才能为乡村振兴打牢产业基础和贡献力量。如何选择发展村级集体经济的适宜路径是必须要解决的现实问题，解决好这个问题是实现乡村振兴的必然要求。
