乙酰半胱氨酸泡腾片联合布地奈德福莫特罗吸入粉雾剂治疗稳定期慢阻肺患者的效果

Abstract：ObetieTvestiateeicalfetofetylystenefervesttabletsombdiudesodendfumarateowerfor inhalationintetreatmentofpatientswithstablehronicbstructivepulmoarydisease.MethodsAtotalof6Opatientswithstablechoic obstructivepulmoarydiseaseadmitedtoHukouCountyPeople'sHospitalfromMarch1toMarch3ereseletedsteresearojects， andtheywerddintootrooududdoubrableetodithtitschop.ooe routinetreatmentndtestudygoupastreatedwithcetylcysteinefervescenttabletsombdwithbudesodendfumarateodefor ialtioni fistsecond（VelosselluaO）ede ∣₂） ， oxygensaturation（pO）erecomparedbetweenthetwogroups.esultsomparedwithteotalefectiverateofthecontrolgoup（73. % ），the total effectiverate of the study group was higher（ 96.67% ）（Plt;0.05）.Thelung function indexes（FVC，FEVi/FVC，FEVi） of the two groups after treatmentwerehgerantoeforetreatentndomaedithotrolgouptelungfuctioidees（FVC，FEVCFVf study group after treatment were higher（ P lt;0.05）.The level of IL-8in the two groupsafter treatment was lower than that before treatment，and compared with the control group，the level of IL-8 in the study group after treatment was lower（ Plt;0.05） .After treatment， PaO₂ andSpC ¹² in the two groupswerehgherthantosebeforetreatment，hilePaCOvelwaslowerthanthatbeforetreatment，andcomparedwiththecontrolgroup， PaO₂ and SpO2levels in the study group were higher，while PaCC level was lower（ Plt;0.05） .Conclusion The clinical effect of acetylcysteine effervescent tabletsombindidesodendfuaateorforalatioinereantofptitsitsableostuctieuloaseis definite，which canimprovethelung functionand blood gas indexofpatientsandreducetheinflammatoryreaction.

慢阻肺（chronic obstructive pulmonary disease）是指特征为气流持续受限的肺气肿、支气管慢性炎症，可进一步发展为呼吸衰竭和慢性肺源性心脏病[。慢阻肺按照病情的发展状况可划分为加重期与稳定期，稳定期以程度不一的呼吸困难为主要症状，伴有活动耐力下降，对其身体健康造成不良影响[。临床针对慢阻肺患者常采用药物进行治疗，改善其临床症状与肺功能，进而提升生活质量。因此，选择合适的药物治疗至关重要。布地奈德福莫特罗具有抗炎和解痉平喘作用，能有效改善COPD患者的症状；而乙酰半胱氨酸泡腾片是一种黏液溶解剂，能降低痰液黏度，促进白色黏痰或脓性痰液的排出，是临床常用的呼吸道疾病辅助治疗药物[34]。有研究显示，乙酰半胱氨酸泡腾片联合布地奈德福莫特罗治疗COPD患者的效果明显。鉴于此，本研究选取县人民医院2021年3月-2023年3月收治的60例稳定期慢阻肺患者为研究对象，探讨乙酰半胱氨酸泡腾片联合布地奈德福莫特罗治疗稳定期慢阻肺患者的临床效果，现报道如下。

1资料与方法

1.1一般资料选取2021年3月-2023年3月县人民医院收治的60例慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者为研究对象，通过随机数字表法划分为对照组和研究组，每组30例。对照组男18例，女12例；年龄55＼～77岁，平均年龄（ （60.21±11.07） 岁；病程2＼～12年，平均病程（ 5.84±1.36） 年。研究组男17例，女13例；年龄54＼～79岁，平均年龄（ （61.01±10.38） 岁；病程2＼～11年，平均病程（ 5.78±1.42 年。两组性别、年龄、病程比较，差异无统计学意义（ Pgt;0.05 ，具有可比性。本研究患者知情同意并签署知情同意书。……
