Abstract： At present，thedevelopmentof thehugepotential valuecontaied inthe intangibleculturalheritagearchivaldata assets isonlythetipoftheiceberg，andhowtoefectivelytransformtheintangibleculturalhritagearchivaldataaetsand creativelysupportthecultureand tourismidustryandrealize theinovativetransformationofthedevelopmentofintangible culturalheritage archivalresouresinmultipledimensionsisaproblem withhghresearchvalue.Therefore，thispapeattempts to definetheconnotationandvalueofintangibleculturalhritage archival data assets，andanalyzestherepresentativecasesof thepilotprojectofintangibleculturalheritagearchivaldataaset transformationinNanjingandthenanalyzesthefeasibility of intangibleculturalheritagearchivaldataassets empowering theintegrationofcultureandtourismfrom specificpoints to relevantfelds，andsummarizes thecore elements and multi-dimensional tinkingpaths ofthis integration empowermentbased on the curent diffcultiesfacedbyintegration，inorder toprovidereference forthecreative transformationandinnovative developmentof intangiblecultural heritage archivalresourcesandtheculture and tourism industry toa higher level.

非物质文化遗产档案（以下简称“非遗档案”）是指所有与非遗有关的具有保存价值的各种载体的档案材料，它不仅包括非遗活动的实物道具，也包括对非遗进行记录和保护过程中形成的文字记载、声像资料等。［1]非遗档案凝结着中华优秀传统文化的精华，是中华民族融合交流的重要见证，一直是非遗馆、档案馆和其他相关主体部门高度重视并着力建设、开发共享的重要档案信息资源。2020年，“数据资产”概念正式获得法定地位；同时，档案资源开发也由数字化阶段向数据化阶段迈进，档案数据要素的生产价值得到广泛认可，学界也高度关注档案数据的经济价值，在此背景下，“档案数据资产”概念应运而生。

目前档案学界对于档案数据资产概念并无统一定论，对于非遗档案数据资产研究更是少之又少，其定义暂无明确研究。然而，实践已走在理论研究的前面，当下已有部分地区开展数据资产转化赋能文旅融合的试点研究，以南京非遗档案数据资产转化试点案例为代表，可见非遗档案资源创新型开发转型与文旅事业有一定交融，具有高度的潜在价值，研究意义更为深远。如若通过深人分析典型案例，从理论层面提出具有适用性、广泛性的框架路径，以此指导各地非遗档案资产转化赋能文旅融合产业的具体实践发展，将对档案领域、非遗领域、城市建设文旅领域产生强化和赋能。
