快速康复神经外科护理对颅脑外伤患者康复的影响

【摘要】 目的：探討快速康复神经外科护理对颅脑外伤患者康复的影响。方法：选取2018年1月-2019年10月笔者所在医院收治的66例颅脑外伤患者，根据住院先后顺序分为观察组和对照组，各33例。对照组实施常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上实施快速康复神经外科护理。比较两组肢体功能评分、日常生活能力评分、康复效果及并发症等情况。结果：护理前两组肢体功能及日常生活能力评分比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）;护理后观察组肢体功能及日常生活能力评分均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）;观察组康复总有效率（96.96%）高于对照组（81.81%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;观察组并发症发生率（6.06%）低于对照组（24.24%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：快速康复神经外科护理能稳定颅脑外伤患者的病情，提高康复效果，降低并发症发生率，值得在临床中进一步推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective： To explore the effect of fast rehabilitation neurosurgery nursing on the rehabilitation of patients with craniocerebral injury. Method： A total of 66 patients with craniocerebral injury admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the sequence of hospitalization， with 33 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing， and the observation group was given fast rehabilitation neurosurgery nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The limb function scores， daily life ability scores， rehabilitation effects and complications of the two groups were compared. Result： Before nursing， the scores of limb function and daily life ability were compared between the two groups， and the differences were not statistically significant （P>0.05）. After nursing， the scores of limb function and daily life ability in the observation group were higher than those of the control group， and the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. The total rehabilitation efficiency in the observation group （96.96%） was higher than 81.81% of the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The incidence of complications in the observation group （6.06%） was lower than 24.24% of the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： The fast rehabilitation neurosurgery nursing can stabilize the condition of patients with craniocerebral injury， improve the rehabilitation effect， reduce the incidence of complications， and it is worth further promoting in clinical application.

本研究中，两组护理前肢体功能及日常生活能力评分比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）;护理后观察组肢体功能、日常生活能力评分及康复总有效率均高于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05），与谢茜宇[12]报道结果接近。由此可见，早期行对症护理能加速疾病康复进程。

综上所述，颅脑外伤患者采用快速康復神经外科护理能促进肢体功能恢复，提高康复效果及生活能力，减少并发症，具有临床推广性。
