标准化患者临床情景模拟教学在护理带教中的应用

[摘要] 目的 探讨在护理带教中应用标准化患者临床情境模拟教学的效果。方法 选取2019年2—12月期间来该院进行实习86名学生作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法进行分组,干预组与对照组,每组43名实习生。对照组43名实习生采用传统教学模式,干预组43名实习生采用标准化患者临床情境模拟教学模式,对比干预组与对照组实习生考核成绩与教学方法满意度。结果 干预组实习生理论知识考核成绩、临床技能考核成绩与对照组实习生相比有显著差异,干预组实习生理论知识、临床技能考核成绩较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组实习生教学总满意度与对照组实习生相比有显著差异,干预组实习生教学满意度较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。結论 在护理带教中采用标准化患者临床情景模拟教学,可以有效提高实习生对学习兴趣,提高实习生考核成绩以及对教学满意度,具有使用价值。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of applying standardized patient clinical simulation teaching in nursing teaching. Methods A total of 86 students who came to the hospital for internship from February to December 2019 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into groups by random number table method, the intervention group and the control group, each with 43 internships; 43 interns in the control group adopted the traditional teaching model, and the 43 interns in the intervention group adopted the standardized patient clinical scene simulation teaching model. The evaluation results and teaching method satisfaction of the interns in the intervention group and the control group were compared. Results The theoretical knowledge and clinical skills evaluation scores of the intervention group interns were significantly different from those of the control group. The intervention group interns had higher theoretical knowledge and clinical skills evaluation results. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total teaching satisfaction of interns in the intervention group was significantly different from those in the control group. The teaching satisfaction of interns in the intervention group was higher, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of standardized patient clinical scene simulation teaching in nursing teaching can effectively increase interns' interest in learning, improve interns' assessment results and satisfaction with teaching, and has practical value.

随着人们生活水平不断提高,人们对服务质量要求越来越高,特别是临床护理服务水平,为了满足人们对护理服务的需求,提升医院医护人员护理服务水平成为重点,实习期是医护人员提高医护水平的重要阶段,因此在护理带教中要选取有效教学手段[1]。标准化患者临床情境模拟教学是一种新型教学手段,并逐渐被应用到临床教学中。标准化患者是指经过专业训练可以对临床真实情况进行模仿的正常人或患者,具有教学引导者、评估者及装扮患者的功能。临床情境模拟是通过模式真实患者进行教学的一种教学方法[2]。该研究选取在2019年2—12月期间来该院进行实习86名学生作为研究对象,分别对其采用传统教学模式与标准化患者临床情境模式教学模式,分析在护理带教中应用标准化患者临床情境模拟教学的效果,现报道如下。
