舒适护理干预应用于老年慢性心力衰竭护理的效果

【摘要】目的：探究慢性心力衰竭老年患者在护理过程中结合舒适护理的重要性。方法：选取本院2019年1月—2020年12月收治的慢性心力衰竭老年患者作为研究对象，共260例，采用统计学软件SPSS24.0进行随机分组，各130例。常规护理用于对照组，舒适护理用于观察组。比较两组患者经不同方式干预前后各项心功能指标水平以及干预后生活质量、各项临床指标变化情况。结果：干预后观察组6MWD、LVEF显著高于对照组，LVED指标水平低于对照组，SF-36评分均高于对照组，各项临床症状改善情况优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：慢性心力衰竭老年患者在护理过程中结合舒适护理，不仅能提升患者生活质量，同时还能改善患者心功能，缩短患者住院时间、水肿消失时间、气喘症状缓解时间以及心律恢复正常时间，值得推行。

The effect of comfort nursing intervention in the nursing of elderly patients with chronic heart failure

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the importance of comfort nursing in the nursing process of elderly patients with chronic heart failure. Methods： 260 elderly patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into three groups， 130 cases in each group from January 2019 to December 2020. Routine nursing was used in control group and comfort nursing was used in observation group. The changes of the cardiac function index， the quality of life and the clinical indexes of the two groups were compared before and after different intervention. Results： After the intervention， 6MWD and LVEF of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group， lved index level was lower than that of the control group， SF-36 score was higher than that of the control group， and the improvement of clinical symptoms of the observation group was better than that of the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion： the combination of comfortable nursing in the nursing process of elderly patients with chronic heart failure can not only improve the quality of life， but also improve the heart function of patients， shorten the hospitalization time， time of edema disappearance， relief time of asthma symptoms and normal time of heart rhythm recovery.

在臨床心血管内科疾病当中最常见疾病之一是慢性心力衰竭，该疾病主要集中在老年群体中，由于老年患者自身机体代谢能力持续下降，因此在护理以及治疗依从性方面相对较差[1]。同时，部分患者内心还会出现一系列不良情绪，对最终治疗效果造成影响[2]。若想提升慢性心力衰竭疾病患者的个人生活质量与疗效，则需予以规范且科学的护理干预措施，改善预后[3]。舒适护理属于一种新型护理模式，其宗旨在于在整个治疗过程中确保患者舒适度以及愉悦度，促使患者病情早日康复。本研究探究慢性心力衰竭老年患者在护理过程中结合舒适护理的重要性，结果如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取本院2019年1月—2020年12月收治慢性心力衰竭老年患者作为研究对象，共260例，采用统计学软件SPSS24.0进行随机分组，各130例。常规护理用于对照组，舒适护理用于观察组，两组患者的一般资料对比（P>0.05），有可比性，见表1。
