探讨生态城市规划建设

摘要：随着现代化社会的加速发展和科学技术的不断提高,城市发展的进程已大大的超出了人们最初的想象，同时城市的长远规划和更适合人居的生态规划也日益被重视。现如今城市的生态规划已成为城市规划的主要发展方向，下面我们就城市生态规划的实现及其建设过程中需注重的问题进行探讨。

Abstract: with the speeding up of the development of modern society and the science and technology unceasing enhancement, urban development process have been much beyond the people first imagine, at the same time, the city planning and more suitable for long term living of ecological planning is increasingly be regarded. Nowadays the urban ecological planning of urban planning has become the main development direction, let's urban ecological planning, implementation and construction process needs to notice to discuss the problems.

一、生态城市的概念

生态是指生物在一定的自然环境下生存和发展的状态。其中“生物”包含个体或群体，甚至于整个人类；“环境”包含影响生物生存发展的各种外部条件及其组合，可分为自然的、人为的和社会的。

生态城市是指社会、经济、自然协调发展，物质、能量、信息高效利用，技术、文化与景观充分融合，人与自然的潜力得到充分发挥，居民身心健康，生态持续和谐的集约型人类聚居地。但是生态城市中的生态并不是简单的天蓝地绿、山青水秀， 而是一种具有多样性、适应性、可持续性的活力结构；一种时间、空间、数量、秩序的服务功能；一种竞争、共生、自生的生存发展机制；一种不断进化与完善的通向可持续发展的过程。

城市生态环境规划是与可持续发展概念相适应的一种规划方法。它将生态学原理同城市总体规划、环境规划相结合，从基本的自然要素出发，分析其发展演变的规律，以生态环境建设为重……
