房屋建筑施工质量管理问题浅析

摘要： 随着我国社会经济的快速发展，房屋建筑工程规模不断扩大，建筑工程质量问题己经越来越为人们所重视。房屋建筑工程质量与人民日常生活密不可分，房屋建筑施工作为形成工程项目实体的重要过程，是决定工程最终质量的关键阶段，加强房屋建筑施工质量管理对保证工程质量至关重要。本文对目前房屋建筑施工质量存在的问题进行了阐述，并探究其原因，提出了加强房屋建筑施工质量管理的相关对策。

Abstract： China's rapid social and economic development, housing construction dimensions expands ceaselessly, problem of construction project quality has been increasingly paid attention to by people. Housing construction engineering quality and people's daily life is inseparable, housing construction as the formation of the project entity is important process, decision engineering quality is the key stage, to strengthen the quality management of building construction to ensure project quality is crucial. In this paper the present building construction quality problems were explained, and to investigate its reason, put forward to strengthen the quality management of building construction and the related countermeasures.

1引言

房屋建筑工程质量是指工程符合业主要求具备的使用功能，是房屋建筑工程适用、安全、经济、美观的综合体现，其与人民的正常工作生活融于一体，直接影响着建筑工程的正常使用和感观，更关系到人民生命财产的安全[1]。近年来，我国房屋建筑工程日益发展，科学技术不断进步，新材料、新工艺层出不穷，国家相关房屋建筑工程质量管理规范逐渐完善，房屋建筑工程施工管理面临着更高的要求与挑战[2]。因此，加强房屋建筑工程施工管理，消除质量通病，对提高工程质量，保证国家和人民生命、财产安全具有重要意义。

2房屋建筑施工质量存在的问题

施工过程是一个复杂的、受多因素影响的动态系统，直接影响着工程质量的好坏。我国房屋建筑工程项目正朝着大型化、复杂化的方向发展，这对工程施工管理提出了更为严格的要求。……
