浅谈斜拉桥安全文明施工

摘要：在公路桥梁建设的迅速发展过程中，由于公路桥梁存在施工难度大和施工环境差的特点，以及在施工过程中的各种违规操作，造成了各种安全事故的发生，而安全文明施工也逐步得到政府部门以及企业公司的重视。本文通过对桥梁中斜拉桥安全文明施工现状及存在问题的分析，笔者以此提出了在斜拉桥施工中做到安全文明进行的施工方案。从而为斜拉桥安全文明施工提供相关依据以及参考资料。

Abstract: in the rapid development of the highway bridge construction process, because existence of highway bridge construction difficulty and the characteristics of the poor construction environment, and in the construction process of all kinds of illegal operation, caused the various safety accidents, and safe civilized construction also gradually get government and enterprise company's attention. This article through to the Bridges in safety civilized construction cable-stayed bridge the status quo and existing problems of analysis, the author put forward the construction of cable-stayed bridge to do it safely civilization construction scheme. Thus for cable-stayed bridge safety civilization construction to provide the related basis and the reference material.

一、 引言

随着经济建设突飞猛进，工程建设规模的逐步扩大以及施工技术的难度逐步加大，这就需要监督管理模式不得不适应当前形式的要求，以科学发展观以及安全发展为目标保证施工过程中的安全和文明施工。特别是在桥梁行业中，随着高架桥以及大型斜拉桥等施工技术难度大的工程项目的越来越多，则安全施工成为重中之重。然而，在实际的桥梁施工过程中，安全文明施工却并没能得到重视，在很多施工现场以及施工过程中都存在着诸多的安全隐患。由此，加强落实建设各方工程质量安全生产以及文明施工成为必要。

二、 斜拉桥安全文明施工现状及存在问题

在桥梁施工过程中存在着诸多方面的安全隐患，而当前施工现场中安全文明施工的现状主要表现在：

其一，施工单位安全意识淡薄以及相关法律法规执行不到位。……
