摘要：随着建筑物的服务功能不断增加和扩大，提高了建筑电气

化、自动化、智能化的标准，这就使得建筑电气专业在建设工程中的复杂程度越来越大，对电气系统的质量要求也越来越高。建筑电气工程的质量，对于建筑工程的使用功能、竣工后运行的安全可靠程度、投资效益的体现等都起着举足轻重的作用，对于一项建筑电气工程而言，从开工到竣工，施工现场管理工作自始至终都起着至关重要的作用。现就建筑电气工程施工管理工作谈一些体会。

1电气施工前期的准备

基本建设工程项目从立项、方案论证、可行性研究到初步设计，施工图设计和施工，直到最后竣工验收各项工作中都会含有电气工程部分，如需建设单位参加研究的讨论会，也应对电气部分给以足够的重视，以便提供必要的资料。

（1）做好电气设计委托书。设计委托书应包括电气要求篇章，如果设计委托书不能详尽地有效地表达出建设单位对拟建工程的各项电气使用的具体要求，设计单位完成的施工图将是不完整的。委托书应明确施工图设计对电气的要求、功能，应包括各项技术指标，主要设备的情况及建设位置提供电源的位置和方式，各相关专业与其他建筑物电气连接的要求和条件以及使用性质，并包括工作制和工作时间，以决定供配电设计的级别及设备用电计算利用系数等。……
