浅谈道路施工质量缺陷的预防

摘要：随着社会的进步和经济的发展，国家物流运输业和客运业发展迅猛，交通公路成为了连接经济区域的重要纽带。交通公路作为国民经济发展的基础设施越来越发挥了重要作用。但我们也应清醒的看到，在公路飞速发展的同时也出现了一些工程质量事故，引起了全社会的普遍关注。

质量缺陷就是指在施工中存在的质量问题，如水泥混凝土结构的局部蜂窝麻面、道路结构的局部压实度不足等局部性、轻微的问题，不会给整体工程质量带来严重影响的缺陷，经过补救后能够达到规范标准要求。在工程施工过程中，质量缺陷的出现是不可完全避免的，但可以减少，特别是质量事故完全能够避免。为降低质量缺陷，在施工中要做好以下几方面的工作：

1 认真制定施工方案

（1）施工方案是承包人在施工前按照合同、规范的规定对其所用的材料、工程设备和操作工艺等进行的具体计划和安排。施工方案的目标必须以技术规范的要求为基础，操作工艺必须切实可行，并能保证为施工人员所执行，不仅涉及到施工技术，更主要的是施工管理问题。制定施工方案能使施工管理人员在施工前就能分析和掌握施工过程中各个环节的施工难点，并且通过人员、机械、材料的合理调配及采用必要的技术措施及预防措施，使工程施工能够顺利进行，避免出现工程质量缺陷。……
