试论沥青路面的常见问题与防治

摘要：随着我国公路建设的迅速发展,沥青砼路面的施工得到了普遍推广和应用。作为高等级路面之一的沥青砼路面,其施工的质量直接影响到公路的使用性能、结构和安全,对经济效益和社会效益均会产生巨大影响。作者分析了目前沥砼路面常常出现裂缝、车辙、拥包、泛油、松散、脱皮、啃边、下沉等常见问题，从原材料，施工过程、施工工艺、材料组成设计等不同方面提出了改进意见和措施。

Abstract: with the rapid development of our country road construction, the construction of asphalt concrete pavement is being widely application. As one of the highway of asphalt concrete pavements, its construction quality directly affect the road use performance, structure and safety, the economic benefit and social benefit all can produce great influence. The author analyzes the present drain concrete road surface often crack, rutting, hold bag, the oil, loose, peeling, chew edge, sinking the other common problems, from raw materials, construction process, construction technology and material composition of design and so on the different aspect some Suggestions and measures.

一、 前言

沥青作为一种路用结合料，是以沥青为结合料，将矿物质粘结成为整体的一种高级的柔性路面。由于其具有表面平整、无接缝、行车舒适、密实度大、整体性好、强度高、工期短、养护维修简便、适于分期修建等优点。但由于沥青材质本身的差异，以及受设计和施工水平的影响，沥青路面常常出现裂缝、车辙、拥包、泛油、松散、脱皮、啃边、下沉等常见病害，这些病害的出现严重影响了行车速度、行车安全，加大了汽车磨损，缩短了沥青路面使用寿命，影响了道路投资效益。

二.沥青路常见问题产生的原因

2.1.沥青质量问题

交通是国家基础设施重点投资对象，我国各地在建设中的二级路、一级路、高速公路、城市道路项目很多，而建设资金又有限，因此，在道路结构层的厚度设计、材料的采用本着经济适应的原则，而对交通量的变化，使用年限并没有重点研究，像高等级沥青路面，许多省市采用的是上面层使用进口沥青，而中面层、底面层则采用国产沥青，就国产沥青而言能达到规范要求的厂家并不多，而且数量十分有限，不可能满足国内建设规模的需要。……
