基于房屋建筑中给排水管道设计问题的思考

摘要：近年来随着人民生活水平的不断提高，住宅建筑内给排水管道的设计看似简单，但与人们的生活息息相关，关系到人民的生命安全和身心健康，应引起设计人员的高度重视。本文首先分析了住宅建筑中给排水管道设计的重要性，然后从给水供应系统的设计、热水系统设计、水表及冷热水支管的设置、排水系统的设计等方面详细概述了住宅建筑中给排水管道的设计，从而满足人们对居住环境的要求。本文是个人的一些见解，可供同行参考借鉴。

Abstract: in recent years, with the continuous improvement of people's living standard, residential building water supply and drainage pipe in the design looks be like simple, but with people's life, relationship to people's life safety and health of body and mind, should cause the attention of the design personnel. This paper first analyzes the residential building water supply and drainage pipe in the importance of the design, and then from the design of the system, water supply, water meter and hot water system design of cold of pipe set and drainage system of the design of detailed summarized residential building water supply and drainage pipeline design, so as to meet the requirements of the people's living environment. This paper is a man of some opinions, and available for peer for reference.

前言

随着近年来我国经济的发展，人民生活质量水平不断得到提高。人们在购买住宅时，除了关注住宅的楼层、面积、平面布置等因素外，同时也将更多的注意力放在了住宅设备上。给排水系统作为住宅设备的重要组成部分，其系统设计是否合理，对今后住户的装修、日常使用与维护将产生重要影响。与居住环境卫生有着直接关联的室内给排水管道设计的好坏直接影响着居住者的使用。给排水系统是住宅设备的重要组成部分，其系统的合理与否将对今后住户的满意程度产生极大的影响。

一、给水供应系统的设计分析

1、给水系统没有固定的形式， 设计时根据用户的要求， 结合外部给水情况确定供水方式。对多层住宅、别墅和高层住宅低区尽量利用外部给水管网的压力直接供水。对高层住宅， 当外部管网水压不能满足整个建筑物上部用水要求时， 在建筑物的底层设调节水箱和变频供水设备加压供水。……
