以建材机械为特色的过程装备与控制工程专业建设探索

摘要 在国家沿海开发战略和教育部卓越工程师计划背景下，突出建材机械专业特色，发挥优势。通过深化教学改革、建设高水平师资队伍、强化实践教学以及推进科研等方面的措施，不断加强建设，着力打造全省乃至全国品牌专业，旨在更好地培养更多的优秀人才，服务于地方和国家经济。

Abstract In the context of national strategy for coastal development and the ministry excellent engineers plan，the specialty of building materials machinery started outstanding professional features and advantages. Depended teaching reform, constructing high-quality teachers, strengthen practice teaching, and advancing research and other aspects of measures, the construction will continue to strengthen, and brand professional will be strived to build in the province until the national. The purpose is to train more outstanding talents, serve the local and national economies.

2010年6月23日教育部启动“卓越工程师教育培养计划”，盐城工学院已正式成为第二批卓越工程师教育培养计划高校。随着学校“卓越工程师教育培养计划”的启动，特别是近年来国家在沿海开发过程中大力地推行和投入，注重科技发展和创新，进一步提高对人才培养的要求和投入，形成经济大发展和教育大发展的难得机遇。因此，加强专业建设，提高教学质量，将成为教学研究和培养目标的方向。

建材机械专业的特点是“建筑材料（水泥）”和“机械”的交叉与复合。建材机械专业人才在一定程度上，既可以处理建筑材料类的问题，又可以处理机械类的问题，还可以解决建筑材料和机械的综合问题，而后一类问题在化工、石油化工、轻工、制药等过程工业中非常普遍。这正是过程装备专业生存，特别是以建材机械为特色的过程装备专业人才一直受到社会青睐的根本原因。然而，进入20世纪90年代，社会对建材机械专业人才的要求发生改变。随着现代科学技术的进步和水泥工业的发展，使建材为特色的过程装备越来越趋向大型化、精细化和自动化，流程参数（如压力、温度、流量等）与过程的进行必须实施精确的自动控制，确保过程装备高效、安全、可靠运行。……
